The pool was a bit warm and soupy. I know they are updating around the pool so I am sure it will improve. Still love the place.

The Kusnadi Hotel is an oasis whilst still in the middle of the madness. The staff are incredible.

WiFi reception was generally poor, particularly in the hotel rooms. The hotel also has a problem with cats. We had to request a change of room as cats were in the roof and sometimes fighting outside our room.

Lovely gardens and old style Balinese setting. Staff were generally helpful.

Room was a bit dated but bathroom had been refurbished. Good shower but no mirror over sink. Only one small mirror in bed room. Bed comfy enough but think need updating . Few Mozzy about at dusk when sitting on patio but not too bad . Note. Large bath in partial open area but not clean to use.

Nice hotel Balinese style but getting a bit dated. Room was pool view, quite big with coffee and tea making facility, large renovated bathroom.. Nice pool area but not much shade. Good area to stay for bars and restaurants. . would stay there again.

Loved the location. Chapter 2 and Sugar Rays right opposite. Staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area perfect for relaxing.

Rooms a little outdated but they are currently doing renovations.

Nice quiet hotel in a great location. Great selection of restaurants near by and a short walk to the beach. Very easy to get a sun lounge by the pool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

thin sheet on bed meant it was a bit chilly at night but too hot to sleep without the air con on. could have done with a thicker blanket. Also used the ‘bum gun’ next to the toilet once which was a huge mistake as the bathroom stank of sewage for a while after. Not sure where that water comes from but I wouldn’t be putting it anywhere your special bits.

As with most accommodation post Covid, it's very tired & not maintained. They were doing renovations to make it better but was very noisy.. Hoping it will be better soon. Shower water pressure was really low

Fellow travellers with no tolerance to the Balinese situation with the hotels condition after the pandemic.

Staff are absolutely beautiful, eager to please and so helpful. Location is excellent. Considering the pandemic, staff shortages and Bali only just coming back after 2 long years Kusnadi is doing it's best to clean up and get back to ususal business. Renovations are happening.

I felt the wonderful staff were under the pump . Missed the beautiful girls who used to fill the place with laughter.
