The road a front of the hotel is very narrow. When I order the taxi, the driver was struggling.

All staff are so friendly and kind. The room is very big enough for three people.

Small road leading into the reception makes it difficult for taxi,tour bus or food delivery to meet you at entrance of Kuta Townhouse.

Location: quite a distance from the main roads, and the lanes leading to the place are very narrow, quite difficult for cars. Because it just reopened, not all facilities are ready yet (such as lift/elevator). Since the place just reopened (been less than 3 months), hopefully things will get better.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Room layout facilities are nice (we took a 2-bedroom family apartment, with kitchen included yay!). Family-friendly place, nice park and pool. Recommended place if you're looking for a place for family holiday, close to the beach and Kuta shopping area.

The hotel is very run down, and cleanliness was appalling, one lift doest work at all, and it is hard for me to walk stairs with my health. Furniture needs updating as it was very run down, outdoor furniture was ripped and discoloured, Our TV didn't work, nor did the wifi, and had to get both fixed. Only towels in bathroom, no hand towel or face washers. The room was very hot when we arrived as air conditioning wasn't turned on. The hotel has NOT been covid cleared with relevant authorities. I would not recommend this hotel as it wasn't value for money. We won't be staying there again ever!

There was nothing I didn’t like, I think with more attention to cleanliness the property can looks even more beautiful.

The staff were lovely and made the effort to ensure we’re comfortable during our stay. The place itself is stunning and has lots of potentials. The rooms were spacious and outdoes the price we paid for. Walking distance to convenient store. The breakfast was delicious, probably one of the best we’ve had in Bali.

The list is big: We stayed there 2 weeks. - When we were doing the check-in the receptionist forced us to pay the dinner because it was Nyepi (the silence day) and we shouldn’t go out that day. We insisted that we were going to buy some things for that day but the guy told us “it’s mandatory”… and … how much was the price ? 20bucks each, believe me the food was buffet and normal food, you can find that kind of food for 5bucks in the street. - Rooms very moldy, as soon as we entered to the our first room, we couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing, the smell was really bad. Fortunately, there was another room which was much better. - The new room was very noisy, there was a construction and nobody warned us about that, we just wake up the day with hammers shaking the walls, we complained about this many times. - Our breakfast was included and we faced many many mistakes here, I guess it was because the staff couldn’t speak very good English but sometimes they just brought the thing that they wanted, regardless what we had said. Also here … I was chewing my breakfast, I chewed something hard I thought maybe it was some burnt thing, I took it out from my mouth and what it was? A piece of plastic (image attached), of course I went where the supervisor was in order to complain, she said she was concerned about it but we didn’t receive anything more, any drinks of apologies, any special compensation. I worked many years managing hotels and I’m very aware that all these things were wrong management of the manager, I hope they can do it better soon because the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We liked the room (once they moved us to other room), was very clean, no moldy, the A/C worked perfect and we had a nice fridge, even the smartTV was very good. The staff were very friendly and attentive with everything.

Rather hard for a taxi to find but actually just a short walk from Legion Rd .

Quiet place near good restaurants and beach.Good breakfast and nice pool and comfortable room ,great bed with good quality sheets ,helpful staff too.Will certainly stay again.

The location Cannot be found on Grab and so I had to walk for almost 8 minutes as the road is v. narrow and the taxi driver won't be able to find it The property is a run down, mouldy property. There was no competent staff at the reception who could speak English properly even
