Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaCan't speak for every other bathroom but the shower head in my daugther's room may have needed cleaning or replacing since the water wasn't flowing the great. The shower flow and pressure in our room is average. In saying that it didn't ruin anything. Call it a room for improvement which maybe they would've fixed up for the next guests!
-- The Location -- The villa was very closely located shops and attractions but yet just far enough to not have the noise and still have the comfort of home. -- The Staff -- The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The villa driver (Foxi) is incredibly helpful. Not only did he take us where we needed to go, he was also our cultural guide, our tourist guide, our shopping guide, we (as a group of 8 frients that stayed at the villa) can't sing his praises enough. The cooking staff made the best french toast! We had the breakfast buffet almost everyday and everyday it didn't disappoint. Lastly the housekeeping guys made quick work of the messes with left behind (we were in holiday mode!). Overall, their staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. They've always checked in or knocked on the doors before they entered the villa.

New ZealandLocation isn’t correct on google maps so make sure you get the exact location from the villa manager as there is other locations with the same name.
The staff is really the highlight of this property. Nyoman, Foxi and the team were great. This property could organise breakfast at your villa, massages and transport. So convenient and a great place to stay as a group if you want to be in the heart of Kuta.
