We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Good hotel, clean and staff are very friendly and efficient. The foods served during breakfast is good and delicious. Location wise, its in the centre of Aceh, there are KFC and Pizza Hut distance walking from the hotel.

MalaysiaThe hotel had many guests and many car parking in front of the hotel. Hence we had to walk to the main road because our bus couldnt pick us at the hotel entrance.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast serving Indonesian food and continental. Certain day they serve jamu good to try. Fast check in and check out. On the Last Day they provide nice packed breakfast for our group since we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. I appreciate this.

IndonesiaThe elevator is too small, a bit humid and smelly. The towels look dirty. We were not allowed to open the curtain. We thought we would like to see the mountain view but the hotel staff knocked at our room and asked to close the curtain.
The location is good, we can go to Baiturahman mosque in walking distance around 500 - 600 metres.

GermanyAfter reading reviews we booked a room high floor and no smoking. Room 519 (view to the street) seemed fair….till the live band started at the cafe on 2nd floor and played till 23:30! I went and asked for lowering the volume but with not much success. Sofa was badly stained, a bit disgusting but the sheets were clean. Bed for us a bit on the hard side.

MalaysiaWe stayed on the 7th floor. In the evening, the noise coming from the cafe was a bit too loud. If you travelling with children and elderly, suggests to request a room on a higher floor to minimise the noise. Lucky for us, the noise didn't bother us much, as we were too tired and slept through the noise.
We appreciate the staff and overall team's effort to put us into our preferred room of non-smoking. We were travelling with a baby and an elderly. Therefore, staying in a smoking room was not an option and was the room they wanted to put us in when we arrived. We were happy that they managed to sort out the request with no delays. The location of the hotel was perfect - nearby eateries and souvenirs shop. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and there was plenty of seats. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Good for business and non-business traveller.
