Everything was wonderful - the staff does a fantastic job. Out of all three stays that we reserved, La Berceuse was not only the best in cost, but the best staff. The food was great too!

Staff went above and beyond for our comfort and provided the best service we ever received. Breakfast was delicious with many options available. The Property was clean and is very close to Geger beach which is perfect for Families with children. The beds were very comfortable and our villa had everything we needed.

There were a few funny things in the room itself. The mosquito netting, though beautiful, was a tripping hazard. The decorative runners were beautifully placed on the bed on the first day, but after that just bundled up in a drawer. In the bathroom, I found a few hairs in the sink when we arrived!! And for breakfast, we would have loved to be able to order stronger tea and by the pot but the staff kept giving us single cups and single tea bags :) These are all very minor things, just small notes for improvement.

The place is beautiful! The grounds and rooms are lovely, clean and utterly relaxing. We loved the staff. Hans and Yogi were super helpful with chaotic arrivals, last-minute activity bookings, and just local tips and pointers! Everyone -- from the dining staff to the spa to the housekeeping -- was super kind and sweet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good too! We liked our meals and the spa was decent.

Honestly the only thing that I could think of would be that the chair was quite uncomfortable whilst having a pedicure, and that there could be some music on to make it more peaceful at the spa. Overall no real complaints though, the girls at the spa were really nice

The cushion on the outside settee needed either cleaning or changing as it smelt a bit. We had to use a towel to sit on.

Loved the size of our pool at the villa and the outside kitchen area with fridge and TV. The bathroom was beautiful and a lovely size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very helpfull. The food was lovely Loved that we could have our breakfast delivered to the villa to eat at a nice sized table. The rooms were cleaned nearly every day to a high standard. Fresh towels were provided in our rooms and also towels specifically for pool use. It was very peaceful. There was a free shuttle bus from the hotel to either the beach or a nearby shopping complex Bali Collection.

Very pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming, kind and professional. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel La Berceuse Resort in Bali. The villa with the swimming pool was simply delightful, providing us with a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. The breakfasts and dinners served at the hotel were delectable, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The atmosphere was charming, and the staff's hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this wonderful retreat!

The soundproofing between the rooms is not great, you can hear everything the neighbours are saying or doing, but it wasn't much of an issue in the evening or during night as it was super quiet

Staffs were very helpful ,polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and cost was reasonable, waiters were so attentive .Room service was wonderful, I am so happy that , I had no insect bite because during our staying in the hotel, they had mosquito fogging.

The property is beautiful. Great place to eat good food and well kept swimming pool. Most important the people make it special. Great service a polite driver will drop you off a 11:00 and pick you up a 3:00 from the great beach or awesome shopping at no cost. A gem. Very peaceful plus supply water and a refrigerator.

You can see the cracks along the walls and Bathroom. Wear and tear.

What attracted me to this place, was the bedding and the elegance netting around the Bed. The staff were very welcoming and warm. It was nice to see and meet the manager, who was just casually walking around greeting guests Very Quite and Peaceful Room, clean every day. The Villa is absolutely stunning, pool was great and the Bathroom very nice.

Location, although it was not a problem at all, because you can easily get a taxi and there is a hotel driver if you want to go to the beach.

Food, staff, cleanliness. Everything was perfect. We liked the staff the most, they were so nice and helped us with anything that we asked for. Great hotel! They even have a driver who could take you to the beach or the shopping center and it is included in the price of your stay

Everything. The team where 6 stars. Lovely and a friendly smile always Bedrooms/bathrooms are huge and safe. Restaurant on site offered great value and fresh meals. The shared pool by the restaurant was well maintained and quiet mostly. 24hr check in saved us on new years eve/ morning when the night for larger than expected! The spa was friendly, very competitive priced and availability was great. The Javanese experience was exceptional. Great location as we had friends staying at close by Hilton. An easy, but hilly 15 min walk or $3 cab fare. Totally stay here if you don't want brand name Resorts but want the access being so close.

I'm frequent traveler for my job for many years, this is the 1st time that the hotel requested me to pay for extra bottle water and to provide only 1 bottle of water per night for each guest is too little.

The staff is helpful, the hotel provide ride bicycle to us to ride to Geger beach. The bed is comfortable.
