It was our first time in Bali so we didn't know what to expect. The accommodation (very clean), the staff (very friendly and helpful), and the food and cocktails were delicious. We 💯% recommend.

We had a great time as a family with two sons ( 13 and 19 years old) at La Berceuse, everything was exceeding our expectations! After upgrading to one of the private Villas with pool, we could not believe our eyes. A very cozy ambient with two big rooms and amazing bathrooms, nice garden and a very inviting pool, only for us, like a little castle. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the daily free shuttle to/back from the nearby beach was always leaving in time. The breakfast was served on the patio in the villa, which makes very precious privacy family time. The resort is located in a beautiful area where the only sound you can hear is the wind in the palms ! The Nusa Dua restaurants area is at 10 minutes taxi drive for the minimum taxis faire cost. The resort is offering free shuttle every morning to 2 beautiful white sand beaches where you can enjoy the day. The resort is picking up guests from the beaches at their requested time . It is a really pleasant service from the resort. The resort restaurant is very good quality/price and amazing friendly staff . Staff member helped us to organized as well day trips around Bali. Everybody in the resort has always a smile for every guest and that makes the stay at La Berceuse extremely pleasant and relaxing almost detoxing if you arrived stressed and tired. We will surely go back to this resort which we would 100% recommend to friends . Thank you to all the staff at La Berceuse for our lovely stay.

The best and most friendly staff you could imagine. Spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, excellent spa and massage, great pool and restaurant. A perfect Oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Nusa Dua. just a few bucks taxi ride gives you stunning peace and quiet.

Bisma is a star 🌟 He was the perfect host and gave us such a warm welcome. We arrived fairly late from a 12.5 hr flight, which was quite a challenge (energy-wise), but his welcoming renewed our energy quite well. All throughout our stay, he was a wonderful host and truly made us feel special-which we are sure he does for all others as well. The rooms are beautifully done and quite spacious. It has everything you need. If not, they surely have what you need, by request. The food was fantastic and great value for money. So much so that we chose to have lunch there twice. Let's not forget that they offer not just a welcome drink but also a welcome massage. 15 minutes to be exact, which you can top up on any massage you plan on having at the resort. We appreciate that the resort is fairly secluded and away from the main roads. Not just quiet, but also makes for a nice ride. Conveniently rent a motorcycle through one of their contacts and ride through the rainforest in the backroads. In any case, it's still central, with most key places in Nusa Dua being only 5 minutes away.

- The whole resort looks very old now, this is not as nice as the pictures - All the room’s furnitures and equipment are well-used and the design is old - Rooms are absolutely not soundproof, I could hear my neighbours walking, moving their chairs, closing their door etc

- The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and efficient - Food at the hotel restaurant was good

This place has a great swimming pool, and the on-site restaurant has delicious food. We ate there multiple times as we were staying in Nusa Dua over Nyepi where almost everything else was closed. The hotel kept the restaurant and spa open for Nyepi and we had a great experience at both (the massages are also very good). The room itself is very spacious and our bathroom had a fantastic roll-top bath! The accommodation is also close to the beach. The staff here are very friendly and it does feel like a genuine 5 star service

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and green. The room was very cozy and light. We loved that it was 20 min walk from the hotel to the marvellous beach.

The light of the room is very dim, not good for girls. Suggest to put white lights on the mirror. The mirror height is also not suitable, can't see the face when sit down, need to stand up when make up, and once again can't see the face clearly. Some areas are stained. I usually believe the cleaning staff can't clean the room properly as they can't see clearly with dim light too. The whole resort is old in design and the almost all the wooden furnitures are not using good quality woods. Not worth in this room price for this quality of wooden furnitures. The air con has problem too, can't swing. The wooden shelter cover between the room door and outside is leaking when raining, making it not a cover and wet the shoes. No bathrobe available. Slippers also need to ask. And it is the worst slipper I have even seen. It is a flip flop and not easy to put on. No girls size so it is too big for me. The staffs are not initiative enough to help. One heavy raining night, when we back to resort with grab car. Two male staff not bringing umbrella to us, just standing. Only the grab driver ran under the rain to the reception and took the umbrella from the staff hand so we don't need to get wet.

We got a room for 2 people with a leaking bathroom! No compensation! No housekeeping routines telling management to fix it, before we as customers informed the management.

A very nice hotel in the green part of the city. Not far from the airport (20min). Very nice service, great food in the restaurant by the pool. First class massage. Monkeys were looking into the room. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Friends had a Villa which has its own swimming pool. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The shower head was faulty. Basin was choked. Full of mosquitoes. Wardrobe, table and chairs are in a bad condition. TV reception was very poor, can't even watch it.
