Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

La Vie Villa was off the main streets making it quaint and quiet. The staff was attentive to our requests. The accommodations were spacious and private including a pool we could swim in.

AustraliaWe paid extra for a floating breakfast. It came on time but it was not nice at all. When we received it, the food was very cold and dry so we didn’t eat it. The shower pressure is not good as the shower head is so high up.
The location was excellent. Close to shops ect but also had a bit of privacy being on a quieter street. The TV with Netflix was a huge bonus especially when you are wanting to relax. Complimentary bottled water was available for us to use as well. Staff were accommodating when I needed to leave a lot of luggage at reception after check out.

each corner in this villa is beyond my expectations, the space is large for one or even for two. the things inside is so luxurious the photos on the internet shows it luxury but when I see this in real, it feels so unreal the staffs are very kind to the locals too. i would give my life to stay in this villa and would reco to my friends indeed!!
