With respect, the bathroom smell in the rooms. The bedsheets and towels are old and very worn out. Unfortunately, the menu is not suitable for Arabs, despite the presence of a very large percentage of Arab visitors. The bathroom lighting is annoying at night, as is the balcony lighting, which cannot be controlled, especially the balcony lighting.

A wonderful view with no doubt. The behavior of the staff is very courteous.

The television is still using the old type. So we can't use Netflix or something else. Mostly boring Chanel. For the high rate hotel ,need to upgrade using smart TVs.

Its an old hotel. So the rooms are bit old new to be maintained but its clean! The roof restaurant I wouldnt advice visting. Anything you want to order is not available and the taste is bad. The price is so high! For the quality. A restaurant in that location should have been so much better

I requested to have an umbrella from the hotel during rain but was refused by a staff called Mr. Diki. after discussion, he agree to give. Overall, nothing was negative.

The hotel is very clean and modern in decoration. The staff are very supportive and likes to help at any time. I truly recommend this hotel especially for families. Thank you Ms.Mila for the great support in providing the requested extention for our stay.

The hotel would be better with good coffee and restaurant. It would be better if the rooms have some carpets. It would be good if they put king size bed in the deluxe room. It would better if they call the junior sweet a room, it is just a room with one meter longer.

Shower line is leaking.

The breakfast is superb, various menu and good tastes especially for the local food. View is beautifull and staff is really helpfull. Definetely will return back.

Poor English from Staff Room , Equipment need renovation and replacement inside the Room Hotel does not give any activity recommendations outside the hotel and does not have Tourist Agency to promote

The room seems old. There's a broken tile/granite at the sink. The breakfast was not up to expectation. The taste of the food for breakfast was not good which really need to be improved

The staff is very helpful. I like the view from the room and the garden outside the hotel. The welcome drink - ginger tea is so good. Also, there's a free photoshoots with a free printed photo.

Wifi internet in room is soooooo slow. If your kids play game online, it wont do it. Twin bed size is too small if you bring 2kids with you. TV is lagging every 3-5 minutes for more than 5seconds (yes i counted). We asked the staff to increase the quality but still slow. We gave up. All in all, room is under expectation. The jacuzzi for kids is on 5th while for adults is on 15th, can not enjoy together. The pool's chlorine is soooo strong, uncomfortable.

Lots of kids activity. Flying fox for small kids (too short and slow for kids>8 yr), ATV, indoor small gokart, animal feeding and river. Jacuzzi for kids and adults. Gym and spa. Breakfast is ok. The activity outside room is ok
