We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe a/c was not working on the first night. No hot shower. Lots of Mosquitos in the yards. It’s on the very narrow road. There were some stray dogs in the area. Foul smell in the bathroom. No place to hang your clothes. No garbage can in the bedroom , there was only one bin in the bathroom
Reasonable price . Big swimming pool that we didn’t have a chance to use. Staff are super friendly . Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Patio over looking the pool

United KingdomHas to have been the worst breakfast I've ever had. The toast turns to crumb, the omlet, when you could find someone to make it, was an egg lightly whisked and pale looking. You've just got your job back after covid, look interested, make an effort. A little out of the way but that can't be helped. A little more enthusiasm from the staff and it would be a 9 out of 10 all day.
The room was a good size, aircon very good, plenty of hot water. The pool is very well maintained. Nothing whatsoever to dislike about the hard product.

There are no TV channels in English. The pool is wonderful and once you walk down a long lane you are right in the middle of the action.

The location and facilities.. as we expected.. it is little away from main road , but it got its advantages too. Very calm quite atmosphere..so.nice sound sleep.. passage to property is little narrow but cars can can come in..it is by side of a Big Mall , still no noise or disturbance inside. Nice garden and crystal clear water pool. Mall, shoping areas Kuta beach all walking distance ..Breakfast is buffet and near the reception and is changing daily.. Mr Gede and staff always on call. Kerp up the good work Mr Gede and team... when we make another trip...surely our first choise will be Le Lima ... already I have suggested to my friends..

AustraliaCold showers Stained linen Dirty towels Cockroaches in the room Leaking toilet bowl onto the bathroom floor. No kettle in the room . Being charged $42 per night when other guests there were paying $35 per night for an equivalent room.
It was a newish but poorly maintained hotel. No hot water in the room.. The hotel advised me of this when I booked in. On the third day when I checked out hot water was working BUT after I complained. There was no kettle in the room. Guests were expected to carry a cup a long distance to get hot water at reception and then carry the cup back to the room to use coffee and tea provided.. The bed linen was stained. The towels were dirty. Views overlooked a building site with foundations for a further 16 rooms. This has been abandoned. The pool was clean however and looked beautiful. I am disappointed with Booking.com ..pricing and images of hotels that do not reflect the true status of rooms. I have started to use AGODA which seems to be more professional as a booking agency.
