Millipedes everywhere, Airconditioning was a little ineffective due to gaps in walls letting outside warm air inside.

The stairs... as lots of them and quiet steep. Although I feel most of the accommodation in the same area would have the same issue. We did have porters available to carry luggage - which was greatly appreciated. Would be handy to have access to room service & food after 2 pm. Although this was not a real issue but noted. The good definitely outweighs the bad.

Accommodation was so close to ferry drop off and pick up. Villas were clean, comfortable and spacious. Villa's are situated walking distance to some great bars / restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful - always greeted us with a smile and happy to assist with our various requests such as tours, restaurant bookings and other island recommendations. We had breakfast included and menu options included some variety and staff remembered our coffee orders!

If I had to pick, I would say the menu is limited but we were still able to find something without an issue.

The staff more than anything. They were just incredible. We were travelling with our little 15 month old and we had the best time. We got treated incredibly, and so was our little man. Great location. Nice, clean, nice food, nice cocktails, great aircon, INCREDIBLE STAFF

There were 193 steps to our villa 😂 but we didn’t mind as the views made up for it but just in case this is an issue for anyone. Some mosquito nets or coils in the villa might help with the amount of bites we got.

We had an incredible stay in one of the highest villas, breath-taking views, private plunge pool & really nice furniture inside & out. We didn’t want to leave & would love to come back. The location was amazing, right off the beach and the staff so helpful with anything we needed. Thanks from Davey & Asha + 4 kids!

Beautiful villa with an incredible ocean view. Gorgeous comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate us. Lovey pool with really nice food and drinks. Would love to come back again!

The view from Villa 8 is fantastic. There are lots of grass lined steps to climb to get this view but I love Jed the challenge- a young person wouldn’t notice. The Villa itself is very roomy and comfortable. Location is close to most things

Superb location in Nusa Lembongan island with an amazing view from everywhere in the villa, Shorth walk to Coconut beach along the beautiful foot path , and plenty of good restaurants & cafes along the cliff and Jungu batu bay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!

I think the breakfast was too small (for example 1 pancake, pay extra for another single one) but I am a big morning person, so a fruit platter + that single one won‘t be enough for me. Also, not the hotel‘s fault but comes with location: morning prayers from mosque were rather loud at sunrise 6amish and the bar next door had live music until 10pm.

Absolutely amazing staff, so attentive! The villa was very spacious, the view spectacular. We stayed in villa 6, which had the perfect distance/steps to the main pool area and view. I believe the last villa high up is just underneath Jenggala Hill Hotel which we visited next. We dipped in our private plunge pool, but were more often down by the bigger shared pool with our three kids. The staff organized a private snorkel tour right off the shore of the hotel for me & my eldest son, it was fantastic! They can also provide direct contact and share prices for surfing lesson, recommend restaurants for ordering, etc.

There was a generator noise which you could hear from our villa (the lowest one) which was annoying but couldn’t hear it inside and didn’t really affect our stay as didn’t sit on the balcony much.

We were in room 9 and had to walk up loads of steps just to get to our room, which prevented us from accessing our room unless it was extremely necessary.

Location was fabulous! Lots of restaurants are walking distance. The beach is right there! Amazing views and incredible staff!

Beautiful view, good quality buildings and amazingly comfortable beds. Rooms nice and dark when the curtains closed. Aircon and fans all worked well
