Only a small thing… the bed was a little hard for me but it wouldn’t stop me coming back to stay here.

Perfect location with amazing views and a great size bedroom & bathroom. A/C and wifi worked well in the rooms and we loved the water cooler. Sitting on the veranda first thing in the morning with a coffee looking at the water and Mt Agung was the perfect start to my day.

Fantastic views and very clean rooms with a fridge inside, air con nice and cold. Great location we were in Villa 2 so not many stairs.

Stairs are quite steep to access villas

Great ocean views, close to restaurants, nice pool with views. Rooms are very comfortable with side by side family rooms available with a shared balcony but not internal room access.

125 steps to get to our room (we did have the highest room!) didn’t mind so much for us, but you may want to check which level your room is if steps bother you ☺️ they have more rooms lower down!

Lots of big stairs to climb up to villas. Could possible put additional steps in to make the climb a bits easier.

Not much to be honest- I loved it!

The location was amazing. Such a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. The staff and owners were absolutely amazing. Special shout out to the property manager Yuni, she went above and beyond for us. She took us out on the scooters as we weren't comfortable driving and showed us around the island as well as organised anything we needed to make it as easy as possible. She was always available to respond to any questions and was absolutely lovely to deal with. All the staff were wonderful and super helpful. The pool and view was amazing and we stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was beautiful. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back next year!

Lux Villas were in a fabulous location. We arrived a little earlier than check in but the staff were very accomodating allowing us to store our bags and provided towels for us to have a swim! The facility is clean with great pool. The villas have restaurants around on the cliff otherwise only a short walk down to the beach and multiple restaurants. I would highly recommend booking!

This property has an amazing alfresco kinda area at the front with perfect view to lacerations, but they dont capitalise on this by atleast offering a basic breakfast to eat there while watching the waves.

Great location for waves and eats, excellent view of lacerations from our room to. Nice spacious room, good wifi.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Unfortunately there was a double booking on our room, which was not the fault of the owner or manager. This was quickly rectified by the owner and Manager and we were accommodated. We did need to move several times but this was not a problem, and the owner more than compensated us by looking after us when we were unable to leave the island due to a government enforced harbour closure.

The Villas are situated in a perfect location, overlooking the beautiful Jungutbatu Beach, with water-sports at your doorstep, stunning views, large clean rooms and beautiful pool to cool off.
