We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Would have been a beautiful hotel when it was first made, but could do with fixing a few things inside the rooms (broken draws, peeling doors, broken tiles) However i was looking for a cheap hotel in a good location and this was a good place to be overall.

United KingdomThe shower wasn’t good at all. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every noise that goes on. Randomly did a mosquito decontamination that was very loud at midnight.
The pool is amazing and the staff are very friendly and would do anything for you. The location is great and the hotel is decorated very nicely.

Staff were helpful, just some of them can’t speak English. The hotel is located very well. It’s clean consider similar hotels with similar price. Wifi works well.

And lived with friends in the villa, the hotel only had luggage lying around, my friends flew away, and I still came back yesterday morning, and instead of sleep I found terrible things in the room From the shower, which was not cleaned as if never, to other people's blood, shoe marks on the bed, and most importantly some bugs in the bed I asked to clean the room, and cleener come with a spray bottle with water in it and a towel and pretended to wipe and wash everything. With only one usual towel! From the shower to the surfaces, which of course left everything exactly the same covered by dust. I asked for a new room and the other one was even worse. The rooms need a general cleaning, and repairs, and most importantly that this hotel has 600 rooms, I shudder to even imagine how much damage they can lead to people.
