The location was fantastic - pool directly on the beach and close to so many things. We stayed in a superior room and were very comfortable. Met loads of great people. Will definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately our room had a damp smell which is quite common in the area. We were kindly offered a room change midway stay but decided against it. The staff really do try their best.

it is difficult to wheel luggage’s through sand. Recommend customers walk to lobby to ask staff help you to carry your luggage from boat driver drop off to hotel. Need provide clothes hanger in bathroom. Room smells a bit mold, needs open window with bugs screen for air circulation to rid of mold smell.

Beach front hotel just few steps away to sea water. Nice clean pool. Best value for budget family. Staff are very nice. They gone beyond their duty to help customers.

the steps to the bed room were very steep, but we got used to that

the Hotel was in an excellent location, close to restaurants. the pools was great for sun downers. the staff were really helpful, check-in and check out was smooth, will defiantly book again

we stayed for 2 weeks so the bed became a little uncomfortable towards the end of our stay (bit hard), fine for a shorter stay though. People smoking - I know your in Indonesia but people smoking next to you while your trying to eat breakfast (this was normally other Western guests) is just a bit too much for me, a non-smoking area would be good.

The staff are amazing they are all so helpful friendly and always happy to see you, the location is fantastic with the pool looking straight out to the surf and sunset, the food and drinks are great, pretty hard to beat for value for money

It is not easy to get in and out of the hotel. I need to go a lot in the sand. The stars to my room is not easy to climb. The bathroom is not comfortable to use. To open. Can't direct the water. The sink is not easy to use, and not enough space to put things there. The breakfast is very basic.

Near the sea. Can take a couch next to the water. Great view in front. A safe and a refrigerator in the room. Can rent a motorcycle at the desk.

Very steep stairs to the upstairs rooms. A lot of the reception staff could not speak english. No shelves to put anything on in the bedrooms. Very bad smells from the sink and shower drains especially in the mornings and evenings.

The beach was amazing. The pool was lovely. The sunset views were stunning.

Access only by the beach.

Do your daily wave-check for Shipwrecks from the Pool or the Café. Generally, you are going to meet lots of Aussie couples and families. And they all surf (Usually better than u 😂.)

I dont like thieves

Great location. Most of the staff were ok. DO not leave money in safe..if you do..check it daily. I had money taken, advised them..sat with staff etc.. saying repeated saying they dont have access.. I told them what was taken and said contact Police. Not impressed how they made me feel..like i was making it up..
