excellent staff. they cooked us breakfast. they organised bikes for us and also arranged for laundry of our clothes. the pook was clean. rooms and bathrooms were also very clean. the toileries provided were of good quality.

The villa’s location is fantastic - it’s close to so many things but also very quiet. The property’s layout is also ideal for a group of friends. After a warm day out sightseeing it was wonderful to return to our pool and air conditioned rooms. Desak and her team went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed from organizing a private snorkelling experience to buying a replacement a phone charger.

The 4th room is really only suitable for a single guest as it is small and there is no screen between bedroom and bathroom..

Only downside, there was a nearby anthill (I dislike bugs) which prevented me from enjoying the pool. An easy fix though!

I loved the versatility of the villa, and how open it was. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff were wonderful. Great location and so many amazing restaurants nearby. Couldn’t recommend it more.

If anything probably the water of the pool being really warm but staff were very good to try to fix that.

Loved everything from the villa, location, and especially the staff. Before we even arrived, Dessak was always quick to respond to all my enquiries. Eka, Anti & Made were amazing, keeping the villa spotless & and being so helpful and lovely. Even though I was happy to do my own washing, they would offer to leave it for them to do. The villa even offered pick-up and drop off to the airport, which was a bonus. But I can't talk enough about the staff they truly made staying at the villa memorable & really got to know them. In the 10 days we were there, they became part of our family. We will truly miss them and hopefully will be back.

Had a fabulous stay at Lotus luxury Villa. Had our family of 8 and a toddler for 6 nights. The villa is amazing, the pool was awesome the rooms were beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed and we all felt right at home. Anything we asked for Desak was always available, and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with whatever we needed. There’s lots of places to eat nearby or a quick Gojek ride away. We didn’t want to leave and would love to stay again in the future

The butler service provided by the villa is excellent. They can do everything household related. The pool is clean and clear. 4 rooms you can fit a big group of friends and family here. The location is great. Right next to Potato Head Beach Club and the main street offers a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Not much only had 1 issue with hot water but it was fixed immediately.

The property is in an awesome location down a lane but felt very safe and security is outside the villa. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the pool was great. Some villas have freezing cold pools but this one was just the right temperature. The staff were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing villa with excellent facilities, fantastic location. Close to some great cafes and restaurants as well as Beach Clubs and nightlife. Super quiet location. The staff went above and beyond and were soo friendly. Our host Desak was amazing and very accommodating. The villa itself was the best villa we had ever stayed in with a great floor plan, beautiful rooms, gardens and an amazing pool.

For the first time in Bali, I enjoyed uninterrupted tranquility during the nights, free from the noise of roosters, motorbikes, or cars. It was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. I was in my very own private Oasis. Upon entering the villa, I was impressed by its impeccable cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail. The cleanliness wasn't good at all. The room we stayed in, the shower was dirty. There was a piece of the old used soap on the shower floor from the previous guests and wasn't cleaned up during our stay. We could see the dirty walls and floors which were never cleaned. They cancelled our taxi to the airport without notifying us, which made us late, nearly missing our flight.
