The tap in the bathroom was broken and the water stayed a long time before it ran down. The sear on the toilet was broken too. The cabinet had 5 doors and none of them could be closed

Unfortunately, our room needed work before it should have been rented out. AC was poor and toilet tank was not securely fastened to floor. Speaking with other long term rental guests, they love it and return each year.

No restaurant but one only 2 minutes walk! No TV No coffee making facilities No garbage baskets No pool towels And down a lane off the street and around a corner too dark to walk alone! Good Wi fi

We stayed here only because we couldn't get other accommodation elsewhere as it was New year's Eve , but unfortunately you do get what you payed for in this hotel ! Putu at reception however was very helpful and speaks good English that was the only bonus !

This may be a case of getting what you pay for but, I had emailed the hotel to see if we could book in early, giving the expected time of arrival. The reply was a bit ambiguous but seemed to be positive so we thought that we would come anyway, slightly later than I had emailed , but prepared to be turned away if the rooms were not ready. The staff gave us rooms, but it did not seem like they were ready for the early book in, as my friends room had not been cleaned (the toilet still had waste in it and the sheets had not been changed) and we were not put in rooms close by (different floors and opposite each other over the courtyard). I assume that the staff were trying to be accommodating, but we would have preferred to have come back later and have clean rooms closer to each other. The only other small thing was the bathroom door in my room was very hard to open and required a bit of wrestling.

Location was good, quiet but still close to the beach and eating/entertainment areas if that's what you like. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel looks very pretty with the wooden trim. The price was very good.

The first room we stayed in was dirty, it had cockroaches and termites which had made holes on the roof. We then asked for another room which was much better.

Rooms were dirty, outdated and looked straight out of a medieval film. TV did not work, windows were covered with plastic film and tape, no curtains. Shower was so dirty we didn’t even bother using it. Staff knocked on our door at 11pm asking us to pay even though they originally told us that we could pay at checkout.

The architecture of the hotel is beautiful especially with all the greenery.

Road to the hotel off the Main Street is okay, just not very nice on a night to walk alone. Coffee was not good at breakfast, we couldn’t drink it as it had lots of black bits in it, it looks like filter coffee was used without a filter.

Pool was very nice. Room was also nice and spacious for what we needed.

Nothing i left on the 3rd of April moved to another hotel A/c was bad I became sick the next day after I arrived. I was sick & wasn't getting better there were bugs coming out of air conditioning when I moved had a shower, clean air-conditioning I started to feel better .

It needs a significant refurbish. The room was not clean and very gross. The aircon was cold the first two nights and then broke the third night. The toilet was broken - sounded like it was going to fall off the wall each time it was used. The bed frame was broken.

Pictures are not true to present conditions, however it is a very low budget for a place to call home for a few days ideally, with a clean place to sleep, shower in only. A place to do most of your living outside of, and for most of the day Good for young people, or, large groups on a budget.The location isreasonable so long as you are able to walk a few hundred m. to get to the main street or the beach. I am not young , nor nimble on foot, so this was a challenge for me.

Not included. Paid for a very small one egg omlete toast one bit, no butter, inadequate less then a half breakfast. Considering the location, the cost was way over the need for what was supplied. Not at all professionally run, no written menu ,either on the tables or posted on a wall for one to read, so not knowing the costs or what was on offer. No utensils on the tables , or in sight to get them, no salt and pepper to put on the baby sized omlete ,No condiments. Only open for brekkie, no lunch service nor dinner service, was stated that it was a restaruant on Booking .com website, Not so in reality.

Needs a little maintenance, like most places everywhere, but as soon as there was any problem the staff went out of their way to fix it with a smile 😊

Beautiful old Bali style with gorgeous pool and garden, excellent helpful staff, perfect location walking distance to everything, good brekky, quiet and peaceful, comfy beds and pillows, big fridge with freezer, English cable tv 😁

The images are old so the place is a little dated, you get what you pay for. The room was okay, but air conditioning in one room didn’t work. They did however move my father in law to make him more comfortable. My partner got grabbed by a man down the alley way next to the hotel late at night! Please please be careful in these little side roads! This is very sad considering Bali is such a safe and honest place. He wasn’t hurt but it certainly scared us.

The property is beautiful and the staff were very friendly but we did have some issues whilst we stayed.
