The short path from the hotel to the beach could do with some lights for night time, and the shortest route from the hotel to the shops is winding with no footpath and busy with traffic, some at speed so can be a little scary.

The hotel is quirky, lovely and clean, the staff were so friendly and polite, the food was very good, especially the breakfasts!! The pool is a great size and there are enough sunloungers for everyone.

For some reason they want to know your breakfast order in advance, like the day before. Everything else is delightful. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back soon!

Everything is Wonderful. The Grand Suite is so cool! There are only three Grand Suites and one other suite, so make sure to book if you can! Everything is decorated like a huge Monopoly board game with Rubix cubes and Legos. The pool is clean and colorful. There's even a window inside the pool that looks into the nightclub below (which also has an amazing cinema 🎥) The club, cinema and rooftop bar with full kitchen are not up and running right now, but I hope they will be soon. The bar/restaurant in the lobby has decent food and good cocktails. Breakfast can be served there or in your room. The location on Seminyak Beach is perfect, just a few steps from Ku De Ta and numerous other shopping/dining options.

There was nothing at all that I did not like about this property

The property was unbelievable, very colourful & welcoming , very calm atmosphere, not too busy with only 14 apartments, bottled water in your room every day , housekeeping every day , very comfortable huge bed & the most delicious choices for breakfast, 8 options to choose from , along with the freshly squeezed Orange juice I’ve never felt so healthy, evening meals are also well presented & very tasty, all the staff were very friendly & had a smile on there face & couldn’t do enough for you , the Pool was just beautiful & the pool area was so lovely & clean every day . If you prefer the Beach it was no more than a minutes walk to it & is situated at the very quiet bend of Seminyak Beach absolute parade

Literally perfect hotel

The room is spacious, clean and the bathtub is great! The location is amaizing checked around and the price for location only would be little but the room and the pool are great also. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. It is a safe neighbourhood but there are security 24/7 so it's really safe and comforting to live there. During breakfast you can choose from 8 different main dishes and everyone of those we tried were restaurant quality plus you get fruit salad or fresh juice and coffee or tea. So everything made our vacation special.

We could hear the upper room water flow from the tube after 9pm. It was a bit annoying at first, but eventually became like a white noise :)

Very nice staff, small hotel but convenient. They provided a good breakfast. I think the location is not great, it is bit far from the center, but it was ok for us as we just wanted to stay for the night.

The location is central walk to Seminyak shops/restaurants and is right on the beach. Lanes are tight around the hotel to walk with traffic cars/bikes in both directions, be careful.

This is my second time in this hotel. The apartments are spacious and well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. 25 meter pool, perfect for morning swimming or just relax. Breakfast is good and can be requested as a room without extra charge. The location is amazing, just 10 meters from Seminyak Beach, where you can enjoy an amazing sunset. It's one of my favorite hotels in Bali.
