Drivers always got lost finding the resort. They would always take a wrong turn. The pool water is a little too cold to use except for when it is a very hot day and the sun shines on the pool.

The staff were incredible. They went above and beyond. If you needed anything they were there to help. The view from the villa was incredible, it was the best location I have ever had breakfast: The bed was very comfortable and the staff did an amazing job making up the room everyday.

Going to the room from and to the main road required some effort as it was a steep short way. Not much inconvenience for us but maybe for old people.

- We expected the experience that we had (from pictures and descriptions provided) - The service and staff were great (as usual in Bali) - Motorbikes provided by the hotel. - A little bit more secluded area (it was what we were looking for). As a consequence, there was an electricity cut in the area but they were diligent in solving the problem in a few minutes. Those minutes were special too as we were in a special solitude.

The public pool was out of service without any prior announcement. Wasn’t a deal breaker for us tho, as our villa had its own smaller pool. Food was decent, but not the greatest. The resort premises lack any activity. We would’ve loved to see a small bar with drinks, or a sit-in restaurant instead of having food delivered to our room.

The cleanliness and staff were superb. The villa was gorgeous and everything one needs. The view is absolutely stunning. Regardless of the lack of activities on the premises, the local region is authentic and not popular amongst tourists, which was definitely a plus. However, this naturally does result in a lack of services within the region. For anyone wanting to order food or taxis on mobile applications like GoJek or Grab, the location is not suitable for that. This is just up to one’s individual preferences and doesnt affect my grading of the accomodation.

The hotel is composed of small houses. We stayed in Bambu which has a swimming pool. The area is very quiet, in the nature. The view on the terrace rice field is stunning. The staff is very friendly. We had a great time. The location and experience was beyond our expectations.

The place is a bit secluded, and the food order from the villa closes 8 or 9 pm (if i can remembercorrectly) while the nearby restaurants also takes last order by that time as well. So if you get hungry a bit late at night, you better have brought something with you. And it seems that the outdoor pool has been closed for a long time already, and not temporarily.

The villa was awesome! Private pool by the jungle was so calming and peaceful. All the staff were extra helpfu, even the owner. Good worth for the money.

It's super quiet at night. The location is a little far way from the center. It may be difficult to find the property in the first place.

Stunning sunrise with pure nature surrounding the villa. Things are so quiet that you can immerse yourself into the beauty of early morning when only you and birds and plants exist. Staff are so helpful, especially the young male staff who carried my heavy luggage.

The path from the villa back to the main entrance is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but it needs to be noted.

The villa and the private pool have great views on the green landscape. Sebatu is a traditional town where people lead their lives as if nothing has changed for a long, long time. It's a great escape from the more touristy areas. The staff was very kind and helpful. Perfect for a romantic few days. Breakfasts are typical for Bali and are delivered everyday on the porch. Great (enclosed) bathroom with a big bathtub. There is a free water filter machine on the premises.

The staff is helpful but a little insistent. It is far from Ubud center (30min by motorbike). There are a lot of insect and lizard droppings inside the room.

The pool and the villa are amazing. The decoration is great.

What a magical place to spend your holiday. The location is peaceful and quiet, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind and just listen to nature. It was beautiful to see some geckos and squirrels around the place too. Everything was espectacular and the staff were incredible friendly and polite. Furthermore, our driver and tour guy Warsha made our vacation so much more fun. It was our first time in Bali, and it was quite an experience, wow!!

- At night, you should be aware that you will hear animals voices as all properties in rice terrace area, but no much fear. - There were spaces in the big door, not fully locked, they have to solve this situation to avoid any kind of fear for their clients so we can sleep well :). - Basically, the swimming pool area was not totally private 100% on morning, that why I give this place 9 not 10, but was not a big deal.

Like you own a presidential Villa that cheer up your spirit.. - Clean, Calm. - Thankful we didn’t see any lizards or insects during our stay. - Perfect private swimming pool and rice terrace views - Perfect bath tub - Good Massage (charged) - Perfect Floating Breakfast (charged) - Staff is very helpful, they also made a birthday cake for our baby boy although his birthday was not in the same day of our stay. - very comfortable bed and bathroom. - They provide whatsapp number for helping anytime.. - Perfect Wifi - Also we forgot something in the hotel, they helped us by transporting it to our near location.

We had to explain our dietary restrictions (basic vegetarian) in detail every time we ordered room service. I had emailed what we could and couldn’t eat as vegetarians and felt like after two weeks they could have made a note of it in the kitchen.

This is a beautiful place to stay with a pretty outlook, a lovely little private pool for each villa and exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. The bamboo villa we stayed in was simple but beautiful and felt luxurious. We were well looked after and enjoyed a very relaxed visit - we didn’t want to leave! The staff were particularly wonderful with my 4 year old, they gave her two fish to care for during our stay and introduced her to the owner’s daughter so she’d have a playmate.
