The pool was pretty cold and there was trash in the stream behind our villa. Our only real complaint was that the snacks were presented as complimentary (no price list) and when we went to check out, they informed us they were for purchase and charged us for them, despite it being their mistake that the prices weren't listed in the room.

The place was beautiful and our villa was lovely. Welcome massage was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They were very accommodating of our dietary needs.

swimming pool is very small , not cleaned and no place to lay around it , we could feel and see that some construction are done currently to open a new one

Very nice relaxing room, beautiful views, very kind staff. We had massage package which included, massage, body scrub and flower bath, it was very good and relaxing. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Absolutely brilliant place to stay if you want relaxing chilled out stay out off noice and buzz. I would defenatellay stay here again if I visit Bali again. There is also lots of waterfalls nearby.

The place is still under construction so it is a little unfair to comment about that. The discounted rates more than made up for the slight noise in the mornings. The WiFi though is pretty poor and constantly dropped out. When it did connect, is was fine. Not something I really minded given I wasn't there to use the internet.

The staff were all incredibly lovely and we enjoyed the personal touches each member made, Bima and Darma especially. The views from the room was brilliant and the bed so incredibly comfortable. The location was brilliant for us as we made our way around by scooter, I would recommend the same to others and be sure to get the more powerful option.

It.s not a minus, but reality, that tourists should know in advance: Without bike and taxi it.s hard to get to sightseeing and locations. Lovina is about 20-25 min from htl on bike.

As for territory of hotel : gorgeous location among the hills and village. Villas stay apart for each other that makes perfect privacy for guest. The design of villas is lovely ) The hotel is under construction till middle of July 23, so for now, there are no big pool and restaurant . But after official opening in July - it will be best location in Lovina.) As for breakfast- I.d like to have more size of portions)) The menu for dinners isn.t too variable for now- but the cuisine is still very delicious)) Atmosphere of hotel, friendly and helpful stuff - everything was great)) thank you all)) Sorry, but I remember correctly only names of Agus and Deisy, but want to thank for hospitality each of person i contacted with)

I thought the pedicure was a bit overpriced for what it was. Other then that perfect.

Beautiful decor and location, views are amazing and surrounding nature is amazing. Short distance from Aling-Aling falls and trekking opportunities and also not far from Lovina. Staff are really kind and helpful and even fetched me from Aling-Aling falls so I didn’t have to walk up the hill! most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on all over South East Asia. The massage treatment was very very good, best I’ve had in Bali!

they offered a twin room online but on arrival it was not available and they said the only way to sleep apart was to book an extra room. not professional, especially since they had so many empty rooms available and it was offered on booking… we shortened our stay and left earlier than we planned

Maha Hills is so beautiful - the rooms are big and gorgeous. The views from the balcony are stunning - you look over the rice paddies and then out over the ocean. Absolutely loved the room and the amenities.

Maha Hills was truly a jungle paradise. Our room sat at the top of the property overlooking the rice paddies. The rooms were very spacious with a large bathtub and balcony. The staff were amazing and very accommodating :) The location of the hotel is perfectly central to waterfalls and Lovina beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in North Bali

The view from the villa is breathtaking and the rooms very beautiful on high standard. The staff put so much effort and love in everything so that the stay was very comfortable for us. I can highly suggest the signature massage package which is surrounded by the noises of the waterfall. Many thanks for an outstanding experience!

The resort is amazing! I asked for a bathtub in the room, so staff kindly upgrade our room for suite villa free of charge. Breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel around Bali, it’s great bathtub and super comfortable bed. Staff of the resort is super helpful and super professional. Totally love the stay!
