The place is very run down, with paint peeling off the wall in the corridor and the room, there were lots of silverfish eggs on the wall, the sink in our bathroom was slightly clogged, and the bathroom constantly smelled foul. It also does not have a big sign, so it was challenging for our grab driver to find it.

Quite close to Kuta beachwalk mall, and close to the local warung for local food, overall location was good. Aircon was cold for a comfortable sleep at night.

the shower did not have a curtain so that the water would not flood the bathroom and the walls were slightly peeling.

really central location, you can reach everything on foot, or by renting a scooter you can see a lot of attractions in the surroundings.

Eftpos problem at hotels.

It was transit hotel for us. Swimming pool is good surrounded by beautiful garden. Our room was upstairs we didn't get much view and veryhot corridors. Rpoms have airconditioner so good to relax and unwind. Close to shops and many specialist shops. So upgrade your room. When we arrived eftpos was down. So kindly pay before arriving.

Was surprised to find no safe deposit box or means to secure valuables, at this price point, did not feel comfortable to leave the hotel for long so popped to nearby supermarket and amended my plans and did not leave the property that night and chilled in the villas pool

The WiFi wasn't good at all, not ideal for anyone looking to work or who needs solid connection.

The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to chill in the early evening. The staff were friendly.

The inside of the villa is a bit old and probably due for a restoration, TV did not work. The shower needs a restoration and there was an infestation of yellow cyanide spraying millipedes (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harpaphe_haydeniana) under the shower deck which came out during your shower. Be careful that your kids do not touch or eat them.

Maybe can be improved on lighting in the room as it was a little dark with small bulbs. Also bathroom with racks will be much convenient too. 😅

Would love to have more breakfast options. Not a fan fried rice or chips in the morning Maybe offer platter with fruits, cucumber, tomato, bread,butter and some fried eggs/omlette or boiled eggs and it would be spot on.

Good value for money. As it's budget stay didn't expect too much. Facilities were dated but clean and had everything what was needed. Location was perfect,5min walk to markets and restaurants. Amazing staff and service.

During my stay the electricity was down about 3 times but in a few minutes it worked again.

The room is clean, AC works well, bed is so comfy, hot shower is good. The TV is good. And the price is very good. Close to the beach , many food & groceries around. The staff were very helpful & nice..

Bathroom exhaus fan didn't work properly, it always gave the bad sewer type smell. Didn't get Toothpaste or brush which every other hotels nowadays in this cost. TV was outdated, didn't have netflix or other channels to stream. For this cost, I got all these amenities via airbnb in ubud.

Happy with everything

Friendly helpful staff, simple clean rooms. A great location as away from the business of Kuta but a close walk to party central if that's what you want. Our friends rented the Villa with plunge pool, totally gorgeous!
