The rooms can be noisy when you have a noisy neighbour, due to the adjacent rooms joined by a non-soundproofed door — our very inconsiderate neighbour watched TV till morning and we have to endure through the night with the noise despite having the staff notify our neighbour of his noise level. It was not a pleasant experience as I have to sleep with earbuds despite this being a four star hotel. I’m sure if I request for a room change the staff will accomodate based on availability however it was in the middle of the night and I have my elderly mum with me so it was inconvenient to love us to a new room. I hope the hotel will come up with a better solution given its four star status.

Love the decor of the rooms which are very unique, clean rooms, good customer service, does not have a lift but does have ramps for easier access and for heavy luggages. Family friendly surrounding with an amazing pool area.

this place is INCREDIBLE! it far exceeded our expectations for the price. we've travelled in indonesia for over six months now and never found such good value (we got a deal!). the rooms are light, spacious and well appointed. the beds are unbelievably lush. the mattress has a pillowtop and the pillows are fabulous. the shower has two heads including a handheld and rainfall attachment. the air con is quiet and works well. the wifi is great. the pool is AMAZING! the pictures don't do it justice. the buffet breakfast (100k if not included in room price) includes hot foods, fruits, an egg/omelette chef, drinks, pastries etc. the property location is on a quiet road with barely any through traffic. there are rice paddy fields on either side but we didn't notice many insects or mosquitos. there is also a secure basement for bike parking and a (very basic) fitness room with a few hand weights and yoga mat. the staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful.

Maybe a little more selection at breakfast, but I must say their omlettes are so tasty and are made to perfection!

The staff as always are superb, polite and nothing is too much for them to make your stay enjoyable. I've stayed here many years and although there are some small improvements needed the staff at Maison@C make your stay delightful, its a lovely laid back atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

+ nice, personal style interior decoration + big, clean, able to swim pool + easy way to the beach:only 10 m. on foot + quiet place, no traffic noise + near shops and restaurants + buffet breakfast

Pool towels now need to be signed out from reception, I can only assume they've lost to many to departing guests.

We are return guests to this hotel. We love it for a number of reasons: the staff are friendly, the availability of interconnecting rooms, the location quiet but close to everything, the onsite spa and it is almost entirely wheelchair accessible, which is a tough find in Bali. We like the pool and the restaurant too.

All staffs are friendly and attentive. Overall, good services and good facilities. Hotel location is near Seminyak main areas though not walking distance. But it's very easy to use Grab or Gojek to go around the town.

It would have been nice for the fridge to stay cold 24h and get 2 keys. But these are just small details, it was amazing overall.

The street to the hotel is quite dark at night. Not the hotel's fault.

The room is designed nicely with a vintage vibe. Quite sizable. I like the bathroom with its glass window (the second floor). The actual room is better than the photo. And, the price is very reasonable considering the location.

I just want to thank the stuff of this amazing hotel for help us spent 8 enjoyable days at Maison at C. This was our second time at this enchanting hotel and it was even better than the first time around. This is a great place to relax and chill, it is not a party or big groups type of establishment, witch is great for my needs. Every staff member is super friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast is great and changes daily. The vila with the private pool has everything we needed and more. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. This is a proper 4 stars hotel but the staff are 5 star. Definitely coming back to this delightful resort.

The bathroom opened up to an open area with no secure door in between. This had you constantly checking if your bathroom doors are locked at night. Needed to put a towel down outside the shower door when showering as some water ran out. It would also be great to have an extra towel for that purpose. The pool closed early and the swim up bar was a little pricey. It's not as close to the beach as what you'd think. It would be great if they had a drop off service to the beach.

The room was nice and spacious and had everything you needed. The bed sad nice and comfy and the breakfast selection was really awesome. The pool was amazing but getting swimming towels was a little inconvenience as you had to walk all the way to reception and all the way back in order to get them. Other than the little extra exercise, the pool experience was great.

Not a dislike, just know to get to the main street and areas of Seminyak it's a little bit of a walk (flat) but keeps the traffic away from the hotel.

Great place on a dead end road, which cuts down on noise and traffic. The rooms and place look great and are very clean, although could use a refresh since the last time I was here in 2015. The staff are awesome and will do anything and make sure you're taken care of. Super friendly and helpful.

I like the building and the interior there, staffs are very friendly. It’s only 10 minutes walk to a beach although it’s a bit difficult to find the way. You should ask at the front desk.
