I love the environment of this hotel . It is very convenient to get food outside and laundry service . just a few minute waking distance . Very relax and chill . Breakfast provided is delicious . Staff are very friendly as well .

The lighting in our apartment was almost candle like making it hard to do make up or even to read a book. The towels are definitely ready for replacing and the tea and coffee at breakfast was not good. I don’t like being negative about a business this is just feed back that I’m sure the owners will take on board. This is the third time we have been so I know what it is normally like and am sure it will be sorted asap.

I love the size of the place not too big but a few pool options and swim up bar and love the sun beds in the shallow pool. the staff were lovely. we had an issue with our aircon and they attended to it immediately. The food was great value we loved their Nazi goreng and satay chicken. The owners were definitely reinvesting to improve the facility after no tourists through Covid

We stayed in the rooms near the front of the hotel. It was a little noisy early in the morning.

Friendly hotel in a quiet location just off the main road. Nice breakfasts and varied a la carte menu. Very accessible for wheelchair users. The pool was big and a lovely temperature. The interconnecting rooms worked well for my family.

It was perfect

This hotel had a lot of positives going for it. It was well located on a cul-de-sac street so you never hear any vehicle noise – the rooms are also set quite far back from the road. However, that dead end road leads to the beach but only for foot traffic so it means no vehicles are going to head down that way. There are also no noisy bars on this stretch of the road, but all the pubs, clubs, restaurants, shops are just a short walk away and around the corner. Again, you never hear the loud party noises but it’s easy to join in when the need calls. There are also several good and inexpensive warungs within a stones throw and if you wish to walk a little more, there are also the warungs on the beach. The bed is comfortable; there's plenty of international TV stations; the rooms are spacious and had an outdoor bathroom that quite surprisingly, wasn't invaded by mosquitoes. We weren’t spraying ourselves with repellent quite as much as we were in other places. The hotel also had activities like cooking and craft classes and yoga … for FREE! We were so thankful that we didn’t spend money on an AUD35 cooking class in Ubud to learn the same dishes. Then there is breakfast – we stayed a total of 4 nights and never had the same food. The spread was huge – Asian dishes and “western” dishes (why anyone craves toast when traveling still bemuses me). We stuffed ourselves each morning because there was so much to try. Then there’s the spacious pool with a swim up bar. It was never really overcrowded. And you could tell that the staff there were very well trained. When we stayed in Feb 23, the hotel was undergoing quiet renovations – painting of the rooms and exterior and some minor repairs, none of which caused any noise pollution. It looked like it was progressing very quickly. All in all, we were happy with our decision to stay here. It wasn’t inexpensive (compared to some) but it wasn’t unaffordable.

Some bugs could crawl through into the bathroom, but personal was kind to come fast and take them. Shower needs some refreshment or better cleaning.

I liked the Hotel itself, swimming pool, interior. Place is clean and comfortable. Personal is very responsive and professional. The room is light and furnished good. The food is nice. Many cafes around, Petito market 8 minutes walk.

There is no collaboration between the hotel and any touristic agency. I couldn't get info on how to book any trips or other touristic details.

Located on a quiet street, 5 min walk from the main street. While walking need to be carefull as there are no pedestrian sides and the street is very narrow. The pool was perfect for the hot days. Each room has its own A/C. Bathroom for the ground floor rooms is very interesting, as the shower is open to the private garden (interesting feeling while showering). Breakfast is rich and every day there are other specialities. They have an egg stand, where you have your eggs fresh cooked in front of you. The bistro is offering possibilities for lunch and dinner (tasty food), local and international selections. Very good Wifi and available in all areas and in the room. The room was big and the cleaning was made daily. The general sense is of comfort and good feeling, relaxing.

I couldn't fault it, especially considering the prices.

I loved the spaciousness of the room , the outdoor shower. The pool and restaurant setting were lovely. All the staff were very friendly. Having the spa area upstairs for a massage was great too. It's a really quiet area but walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Oh and breakfast was plentiful and delicious!!

I like to swim at night and the pool closes at 7pm which is too early so as much as I enjoy this property that is a reason I would book elsewhere.

I was expecting that it would be a small boutique hotel but the property is quite big. it’s peaceful! the pool is nice and the breakfast is good. the location is nice it’s walking distance to restaurants and bar without the noise
