The pool was on the cool side because it is mostly shaded. I would have liked to be able to walk into the pool rather than climb down a ladder as my knees are not good. However sitting around the pool was pleasurable.

The room was very well set out and the bed was very comfortable. Two different sized pillows provided a good nights sleep. I did have a noise issue in my first room (I think an aircon unit on the roof) and the staff were very happy to move me to another room and the problem was solved. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of all the action and close to a lot of very good cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Didn't love the pool, would prefer more privacy or a roof top pool.

Staff were extremely efficient, checking in was fast and easy. Location was great. Food that we had was delicious. Beds were AMAZING, bathroom products were lovely awesome shampoo/conditioner. Loved the little cakes we got every day except 1

The pool area wasn't that big and the gym very small, but that didn't make our stay any less enjoyable.

The room was absolutely lovely, the bed super comfortable. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great.

the restaurant attached to them was confusing to use!! we couldn’t work out the process so we never ate there which is sad it looked very nice

If your visiting during June-July, the pool will be cold. There is no sun shining over the pool area. Just walk to the beach then instead!

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Staff were always eager to help and are solution minded. Hotel hygiene is remarkable! Bed is heavenly! Location and surroundings are excellent!

The family rooms (2 connecting rooms with a small living room in between) are great, Nice swimming pool. Good location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Friendly staff. They surprises me with a delicious chocolate cake on my birthday. Everything in the hotel still seems brand new.

The only downdide was having a hot duvet on thr bed....and no sheet, under duvet. Maybe a sheet under the duvet would have been beneficial .Esp for the people who find a duvet too8 hot for sleep...but covered with just sheet would be perfect. Thankyou
