Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was superb and the whole surroundings were beautiful, especially around the pool area. Breakfast was really tasty too. The location was ideal, in a nice quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants etc. If you're feeling lazy, you can just order takeout. We weren't woken by the call to prayer once - it was super peaceful. Every member of staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and kind and made you feel welcome. Would definitely return - thanks for a relaxing stay!

Everything. 2nd stay here (stayed 2019 after earthquake before covid struck). Nothing better than lying in the pool to cool off viewing well kept gardens set in forest surroundings on edge of the village. Just perfect.

It was perfect.

This might be the best place I've ever stayed! The rooms were glorious, clean, comfy and well equipped. The pool and day beds were so wonderful we spent a whole day enjoying them. Breakfast was fresh, with huge portions. The staff really make the place though; they were so attentive, friendly, welcoming and caring. They helped us get food when lots of places were closed for Eid and when I travelled onto my next destination solo they really went out of their way to look after me and make sure I had everything I needed and felt safe. So much appreciation for them, thank you.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful villa in a very quiet area. Rooms and bathrooms comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. The staff was amazing with us! Very friendly all the time. The villa is close to several shops to eat and also the beach. I have no hesitation in recommending it

The location is perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of incredible coastal and hilltop viewpoints to discover in every direction. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the owners went above and beyond to help facilitate our stay.

When we opened the fridge to store some fruit away from ants it was a little dirty. Be prepared that there are a lot of ants, even in the rooms. This is not a big deal to us but some people might be bothered. All in all the bathroom was clean except for some hair in the shower drain.

Mama Bellas Retreat was very inviting. You could see that they put a lot of work into the very beautiful garden / outside area with the pool. there was always someone taking care of the plants, cleaning up and if you needed anything they were there to help. The most caring staff you could wish for, including the owners themselves. Even if something was not quite right (we had a minor problem at one of our tours) they really listened and wanted to improve on our feedback. that’s always nice to see. A nice addition was that when we returned from town after dinner and entered the hotels premises there was always a member of the staff waiting like night security. we always had a nice talk with him and even booked a tour for the next day to the waterfalls through him one night. The breakfast was always freshly made to order and was very tasty with western options and asian fried rice as well. Again: The staff made us feel welcome and always had a smile on their faces when preparing and serving our food! The rooms were simple but nice, including your own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean and the room was spacious so you have enough space for your belongings. There was always enough drinking water in your room. The Hotel is located close to the forest and when you relax at the pool you are surrounded by greenery and palm trees. the center of town or the beach are only a 5-10 minute walk away.

The family who owns the place and all customer are very friendly and we had good time with them. They are helpful and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very nice and clean Bungalows with a lot of space. nice bathroom with a good shower. AC is working perfectly. We had a nice terasse with a couch to chill. The pool was clean and the garden space around is nice to chill and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious!! You get tea / coffee, fruit juice or plate and a coice of dishes (Nasi goreng, French toast with sweet topping, homemade yoghurt with fruit, the pancakes with choclate sauce and cinnamon are the best!). The bungalows are next to shops and restaurants/bars (5minute walk). We rent a scooter (70000 per day, it was very modern and in a good condition) to explore the beaches. We could also book a tour to the waterfalls in the north over the accomodation. It was a very nice day and our driver Joe was very nice. We had good talks about culture and people. You make the right decision booking this place! Thanks to all family members and staff to have made our stay in Sneggigi so comfy :)

I liked everything.

A really beautiful place to stay, a little piece of paradise. Rooms are lovely, very comfortable and clean. Great bathroom, nice verandah. Beautiful gardens and a heavenly swimming pool, far from the madding crowds. There are shops and eateries close by. We loved our stay here. Breakfast was delicious, everyone here made us feel very welcome.

we loved so many of the property features. it was an oasis to retreat and relax in, while being close to restaurants, minimarts etc. the rooms were big and spacious. they were immaculately cleaned each day. the breakfast in the morning was scrummy every day., both fresh and tasty. the hosts are so helpful and warm.. they provided us with tour booking options, helped with transfers and were a beautiful family. we truely had a wonderful time at Mama Bella’s.

1. Room is a bit old but taken really well. 2. You could hear daily prayers few times a day when you're outside of your room but not really when inside.

1. Great location in Senggigi, close to beach, restaurants and shops and good price too! 2. Nice hotel with beautiful garden, big pool and in a quiet area. 3. Its only 30mins bike ride from Bangsal port. 4. Arif and Karin (the owner) are amazing. They lend us rain suits and gave lots of recommendations. We also had a nice chat with them about many other things. 5. Good breakfast with amazing selection. I'm vegan and gluten intolerant, they did far and beyond so I could have breakfast and enjoyed it. I appreciated so much! 6. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful too. Always with big smiles. 7. Highly recommended when you're in Senggigi

bathroom is outside (but covered) which can result in bugs / ants in the room (and hearing neighbors when in shower) the neighborhood is very religious so keep this in mind when walking the streets
