Great location across road from the 12 km Long Beach. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast which included coffees, juices, fresh fruit plate and a good choice of main breakfast selection. The staff were attentive and cheerful. They refill glass water bottles daily. All amenities that you desire after housekeeping is completed are order via their app and delivered almost immediately. The pool and upstairs lounge offer wonderful sunset views.

My room was right under the rooftop pool so was a little noisy when people walked on the decking but this is literally the only thing I could fault about the hotel!

Such a good hotel. Very clean and had everything I needed. The rooftop pool was exceptional and all good and drinks were very tasty and fresh.

The hotel use an app to communicate with the reception staff unless you want to go down to reception if you need anything. A phone in the room would be better

The breakfast was excellent and the welcome drink voucher to use on the roof top bar was a really nice touch. The pool is great with loungers and cabanas. Room decor is great and the little fun touches around the hotel

No sound proofing in our room. We were below the rooftop and just heard foot steps until 1am, you could also hear people in the corridor and doors opening/closing.

Staff were warm and friendly, room was modernly decorated and had a good gym.

Waiting at breakfast in some days was more than 1h , when traveling with kids that are hungry in the morning and have no patience to wait, it would be good that the staff serves at least the kids breakfast. Inconsistency at breakfast as well, some people would get fruits and some not, some would get muffins but others not. Staff does not know what drinks/food was already delivered and what is missing. Music at the bar loud until late in the night. We changed our room after the first night. Location is good but if you need to drive anywhere, the traffic is horrible.

Modern, clean, free laundry is a huge plus. Room for children to play.

Tried both restaurants - both are average. Better value, quality and service from many other local restaurants. Hotel guests cannot take pool towels to room. Bathroom door in room is glass so no privacy if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Airport shuttle that we pre booked with hotel was too small for our group.

- Toilet door cannot be locked nor closed properly, so it's not comfortable for those seeking privacy. - Room should be cleaned better, found someone's hair on my pillow after check in. - Would have been better if a big mirror is provided in the room.

Comfortable and clean room that was a good size. Breakfast was very good and the quality of food in both the upstairs and downstairs restaurants was good. Amazing view of the sunset from the roof top resteraunt and the beach is right across the road from the hotel. The pool is not large but although often busy never felt over crowded. Staff were very attentive and were always chatty and helpful. Good location for beach, shopping and eating places. A good all round hotel

The rooms are a bit noisy, but just bring your earplugs and you'll have a good sleep. Also we stayed on the 4th floor and you can hear the music from the other hotel (Tribe) very well till midnight.

Everything was great: - the staff; so kind and so hard working, they do everything to make sure you have a lovely stay - the rooms; we where with 4 adults and 1 child and booked a Kokomo and High Bali room - the cleaning of the room; they clean twice a day. The first time is in the morning for a good clean, the second time is in the evening when they throw out the trash again, make up your bed - the cleaning of the hotel; everywhere you look people are cleaning, it's very clean - the breakfast was really good; you can choose from the menu, so no buffet (which I think is great because you don't have any food waste). You can choose one dish (all are amazing), have coffee and water (unlimited) and choose a healthy juice. They also have a special menu for kids and when we didn't see toast with peanut butter on this menu we've asked for it and we got it. The kitchen is doing everything to make the guest have a good meal - the restaurant upstairs is really good; the menu is very Western oriented, but sometimes that's just what you want ;-) - the swimming pool is amazing; it's on the rooftop so a lot of sun and great views. Also it's not busy, we always found a spot when we went swimming. There are free towels you can use (also for the beach you can ask for towels at the reception) - the gym is small but complete to do your work outs - the location is great; only a 5 minute walk to a big shopping mall and the beach is just across the street - there are washing machines available. We didn't use them because just a few hundred meters away is a laundry service that washes and folds your clothes for only 15K per kilo

Kuta Beach is not the best beach, but a 20 minute stroll to Double Six Beach or short taxi ride solves that.

Mamaka is close to the main hustle and bustle of Kuta, and not too far away from the Airport. So location wise it is very good. They have finally finished construction of the new wall/kiosks on the beach which was a bit of an issue last time I was here. The hotel itself is very good, friendly service with a decent front of house and management team. Particularly enjoy the Roof top Pool/Bar/Restaurant which is relaxing. The menu is perfect and caters for all.
