Nothing to rate negative but for feedback - 1) More options for breakfast can be added. 2) Should not lose human contact - and let guests contact staff via phones rather than just the app. 3) In-room dining.

Always happy staying at this property. Location is Marvellous - You can access Kuta beach just by crossing the road. Shopping centre is 5 mins walk as well. Everything is easily accessible via small walks. Breakfast is set menu - Can add more options - but still no complaints to what was offered. It is delicious and the staff working on rooftop are very courteous and friendly. Room size is great if you're staying in their suite. And is beautiful as well.

After check out hotel offered to call a taxi for us we didnt mind because we assumed that they would call basic taxi and they called basic taxi but with fixed price for 200k idr on grab app it was 65k idr so not very nice for hotel not to call for basic pick up but call for foxed price one

Good location, great food but you need to know what you want to ask them because the menu is kinda small, but if you ask for what you want they can make it for you. Pool was nice and coktails not too expensive.

As we were leaving early on the last day, we ordered a takeaway breakfast. This option is great, but we did not receive all that we ordered plus it was poorly packed (our bag was leaking before we reached the airport) and no cutlery was provide.

Very nice design and space arrangement in the room with multiple electric sockets and enough space to keep one's belongings (also in the bathroom). Helpful and very nice easy going staff. Free self-service laundry, a very nice gym and rooftop swimming pool.

Not a problem but keep in mind that if you’re after the bars/restaurants of Seminyak then you’ll need to jump in a cab or motorbike taxi as it’s about 3km away.

I’ve stayed here before and happily returned for one night before flying out of Bali. The rooftop is what makes this place a great spot to stay. Sit poolside and over look the surf break or head to the bar to see the sea for miles around you. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Staff are great. I also being able to head out the front door and run along the foreshore towards Seminyak away from the traffic

The location, in front of kuta beach, walking distance to the big mall, Clean room and super comfy bed. The front desk team were super friendly and welcoming. Roof top pool very relaxing, big space and the bartender can makes a great mocktails. I only stay for a night, Next visit will take more longer stay. After dark, the area around the hotel didn't look too safe.

T he accommodation was close to the sea, upon arrival a welcome drink on the roof of the restaurant, where there was also a swimming pool. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast quite tasty.

Whatever they use to wash the bedding could probably strip a diesel engine - gave me some sort of allergic reaction

Great location across road from the 12 km Long Beach. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast which included coffees, juices, fresh fruit plate and a good choice of main breakfast selection. The staff were attentive and cheerful. They refill glass water bottles daily. All amenities that you desire after housekeeping is completed are order via their app and delivered almost immediately. The pool and upstairs lounge offer wonderful sunset views.
