Everything fantastic

Everything lovely property and rooms are very nicely equipped and comfortable with good amenities and complimentary pick up from the ferry and if you take down stairs room than feels like you have your own swimming pool. Very good and Exceed our expectations. Good for any type of traveller. You get more than 5 stars hotels in bali here .I will comeback for more time next time .Amazing room s and everything is fantastic.

Soundproofing isn't the best (esp. if you are light sleeper) expect a rooster alarm clock.

Helpful staff and great hotel view, it's a bit out of town away from the beach front but there is a short shuttle ride that makes up for this. Bed was large and comfortable with great room facilities.

We felt welcome from the beginning to the end. When you enter your room, you feel amazed by it's beauty, and the unexpected ocean view overlooking a big part of Bali. It is even more beautifull than on the pictures. We loved the cooperation between the 2 hotels Mambo Hill and Mambo Beach, and the free shuttle service. Mambo Beach is on a beautifull beach and has amazing snorkeling possibilities, fishes and coloured coral right from the beach Good food and drinks, it has a perfect beach vibe. Personnel is very friendly and most willing to help and make you have a perfect stay. From arranging the collection at the port of arrival, till the drop off at the departure port. A big thank to the full team! Amazing service, we have never experienced this before. We would love to come back, and we highly recommend this place

Kitchen staff and people who would bring our food would not wash their hands after using the restroom. We saw two of their staff walk out from the toilet and walk right past the sink that was situated outside. One even wiped his hands off on the turf floor indicating that he probably wiping urine off his hands. Really disturbing given that these people were the exact ones handling our food and preparing our drinks.

Amazing view, room was so nice, staff were absolutely amazing. View is spectacular and the pool was right out your back door step.

The location boasts beautiful views and the pool is amazing. Staff are so kind and the room was gorgeous. There is a shuttle that brings you to sister resort on beachfront where you can swim etc. There is also an attached dive/ snorkelling shop. Great value for money!

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Side sea view room had an excellent view of the sea and the sunset in the evening. Well appointed rooms with outdoor seating. Some really nice vegan meal options for dinner at the restaurant. Mambo Hills has a free shuttle to Mambo Beach, making it easy to enjoy this venue and arrange scuba diving/snorkel excursions. Swimming pool is long enough to do lengths in.

The Room was Very clean and the View are super, we can see Ocean and Mount Agung across of the Room. The Breakfast Taste was good , the best thing that Mr Farhan and Ms Metta really Helpfull, they help me to arrange the shuttle car to the port and the laundry as well

I felt completely at ease. The room was nice and the view was beautiful, the pool was great for swimming, the food and drinks were good, you could hire a scooter at a reasonable price - but the best thing was the staff, who were all just lovely.

Nothing really!

The staff are all amazing. Very kind and caring, they took care of us when we unfortunately, fell sick with food poisoning on the same day that we checked in. Took me to the clinic, asked if we needed medication that they could buy for us, prepared food for us eventhough it was outside of the typical breakfast time because we were too sick to go out. Beds were comfortable, ambience was amazing and the views omg, to die for. There is free shuttle to and from the hotel, harbour, and also another resort of theirs. Highly recommend.

Everything, room has a very nice view, beautiful decoration, nice furnitures, comfortable bed. I think that the view is even better than from the beach as it's possible to see the jungle and the ocean from above. Just loved everything. Breakfast service was amazing.

The options for breakfast were good, however the other food we didn't particularly enjoy. Our bathroom did have damp in it, didn't effect our stay just a note.

The pool straight out of the room with incredible views was excellent. The side curtains for additional privacy was a nice touch. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and the design of the beds is beautiful. The shuttle down to the main town area is great and convenient to get too and from and it was great to be dropped off at the ferry.

Everything was fabulous

The accommodation was beyond beautiful, the room squeaky clean and comfortable, super strong wifi, great air conditioner. The pool was amazing and cool with separate private stairs from bedroom and the staff are all amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating. I strongly recommend andcwe would definately stay there again. Can also hire scooters from hotel at reasonable price and they offer complimentary pick up and drop off at harbour
