Very difficult check in and check out process, as the front desk staff member was unsure of how to take card payment and charged us excess on check on which we still aren’t sure why.

Facilities are dated. Very Basic amenities. Some certain expectations of a 4 star villa were not provided, like hand towels, pool towels.

Location was central. Bed was comfortable and easy to get around if you wanted to be central to all Seminyak has to offer

the toilet is wonky the tv set is really old and you cannot connect your phone on it for media the free genius breakfast is sad building work close around so lots of noise during the stay

The hair dryer is not efficient, limited shower facilities, TV doesnt have a great reception.

The host was prompt and efficient in replying, the room is spacious - the bed and duvet are comfortable. The location is great - able to walk to the beach and near many great food places.

Paid extra for breakfast included and was good on the first night, but then came across a few issues with the service and quality of food itself.

Need to change kitchen pots n pans...cant cook in them. Too rusty for non stick pans. Wash basin area need to upkeep. Rainy season...had trouble with mosquitoes in our bedroom. Improve walk way to villa...make it less daunting at night!!! Bathroom toilet rolls gets wet from rainshower...best move d placement.

Nice 2 rm villa ...enjoyed d pool. Room service is good. We ate after checking out. Staffs went out of their way. Bravo. Kudos !!!

When we stayed, there was a loud party at the opposite villa until 5 am for two nights. So that is not pleasant.

Staff were not friendly and damaged the car while in their care. Asked for pool towels but didn't get, felt like the bare minimum of service and place but was terrible value for money compared with other places I have been.

Dirty old bathroom, dirty pool, loud noise. We were next door to their storage unit so always noise. Rusty handles and sink. Leaking toilet spray. Bad odour in bathroom. I booked another place as I could not stand staying here and the other place was cheaper and a 100 times better. Not worth the stay. If you're not bothered about hygiene then this will be fine for you.

They charge me 300,000.00 to clean the bed sheet , I don’t know how any hotel they supposed to change the sheet and clean it every day

The aircon seemed too small for the space and could've been better, but it still wasn't bad. The location was a bit set back from everything which was great for us, but might not appeal to others, however, there was still lots around and within walking distance.

The villa was lovely and spacious, plenty of room for our baby to crawl around and explore a bit. The pool was great especially after a long hot day out and about and everything was very clean.
