Pool is a bit small - wouldn’t be a problem if there were more loungers and umbrellas.

Close to the beach and shops but it was quiet once in the resort. The staff and restaurant were excellent.

Amazing smaller resort . So quiet and peaceful , staff polite and friendly . Location to beach and other restaurants close by in easy walking distant . Restaurant ambience with cooling fans great for hot weather as well as AC if needed. Delicious menu and presentation of food high end . Recommend staying at Masmara to all my friends

The staff is very friendly, we were travelling with a baby and they did their best to care for us the entire time. The pool is really nice and the location is amazing, super close to the beach and in the cool area of Canggu where all go to foodie hotspots are located. Couldn’t be any better!

It only has 1 shower and 1 toilet.

Location - 5 minutes walk to Pererenan beach. Walking distance to restaurants. It is actually behind Kilo restaurant. Room - stayed in the 3-rooms. Very spacious and complete kitchen utensils. Very clean and bright. Balcony is spacious. It has 3 daybeads and tables & chairs and overlooking the beach. Staff were quick to help and recommended travelling tips -- where to go and visit.

Disappointed in location & nearby beach. The property was very nice but I wouldn't call it a resort given it didn't have much in the way of facilities - no spa, no gym, pool a bit small.

Breakfast was excellent everyday - choice & quality. Restaurant in general was great. Two bedroom apartment was excellent, especially with children, the terrace was great. A peaceful uncrowded haven. Staff were lovely & so very helpful.

Our stay at Masmara was great. The rooms were really nice and clean, the staff were lovely and very efficient, and the location was great. It was nice to be in Canggu but still away from the hustle and bustle to give you time to reset. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this resort. Clean, friendly and peaceful resort. Great sunset views from 2 bed upstairs apartments. Some phenomenal restaurants close by. I would absolutely stay here again.

Construction work along the street, not as peaceful and quiet as expected.. the street is clearly in developing phase Construction going on on the other side of the hotel as well. Noise didn't reach the hotel area but having breakfast outside was noisy.

Lovely small resort with friendly staff. Breakfast was high-end, exceptionally good, served at restaurant in front of the hotel.

I had an accident with one of the restaurant doors due to poor lighting and signage and sadly injured my nose. How the staff handled the situation was 10/10 and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend staying here and would come back. Thank you 🙏
