The light switches are strategically hidden to find them all around the room to be able turn off the lights at night, and every chair in every room generates a loud squeak that is heard from the floors above and next door. So if anyone moves a chair in any room around you, you're going to hear it even if you're wearing earplugs.

We stayed here for an event on The Peninsula and it was a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi/Gojek/Grab. The presenters at the event stayed here at the Mercure and the hotel was fully booked. The rooms are decent-sized and very practically designed. The rain shower was really great. The bed was very comfortable.

Not much drink available. No option in beer.

Quite a few ants within the room, despite highlighting to reception to alert the housekeeping team. Furthermore, I have to request twice for a change in hot water flask due to faulty equipment.

The photos on here are very old photos, and Booking.com should be responsible for making sure that they are a true reflection of the hotel in its current condition, to which it isn't or even close The pool tiles were falling out everywhere, although they were currently trying to fix them. The rooms, although clean, were lacking in the simple things being replenished daily like toilet paper, coffee, tea and body wash, etc. The actual building is very dated but is currently being updated, which was never mentioned, so we were living in a building site and would have probably swayed our decision to stay somewhere else The staff are really lovely and our stay was much better than first thought when we arrived which is a positive and I'm sure in a couple of months it will be of a much better standard, All in all, the stay was comfortable and turned out much better than expected,

The location is great and it is great value for money, the pool is really clean and the staff are lovely and friendly, the rooms are small but comfortable. The buffet breakfast, although small, is still nice. The restaurant food and pizzas are good value and really tasty. They are currently undertaking a lot of maintenance, and the place sure does need it Some good restaurants in walking distance and runs shuttles to the beach and Bali collections, but a taxi almost everywhere is around $3AUD, All and all was good value for money. Geger Beach is a lively place to spend the day, Salamona restaurant in Bali collections is just amazing, Seminyak was a $12-$15 dollar cab ride away along the toll road. Nusa Dua is a lot quieter than a lot of the other places, and traffic is much easier to get around. Ganzo is a lovely authentic Italian restaurant who will never disappoint Although...!!

Facilities, rooms, corridors somewhat dilapidated. Huge garden, but not much usable other than walk through.

Nice, large garden in mid of Nusa Dua. Wide range of serhices and facilities. Very helpful and kind staff. Has bicycles for guests yet not maintained so noone uses. Fitness room..

My room was noisy. I could hear noises from next door. The fridge wasn't very cold, but adequate.

The pool and the beach facility were lovely. The shuttle bus was great. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was delicious.

The rooms to small and no cupboard space we had to live out of our suitcases.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant food was excellent and each serving portions enough for our athletes. The pool was good the transport to the beash every hour worked well.

There was a major communication gap with most staff not understanding english as well as expected for a pure holiday destination. A basic english couse for staff dealing with guests should be unfertaken as the staff are eager and friendly whichbis already a very important attribute.

The hotel rooms are well sized and comfortable. The facilities are adequate and the hotel does regular bus trips down to the beach and shopping district. The pricec of the two rooms we booked was indeed very well pricedcand highly recommendable value for money.
