Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe noise from the construction site near the hotel. They work whole night, making some very loud and constant noises. Our room was at first floor, the side with the entrance of the hotel. Not sure if from other rooms the noise is the same. I had also a problem with the smell of the pillow cases (they were changed every day, but they all had a strange smell).

IndiaThe free WiFi was very erratic and slow. And they could not set it right over a period of 4 days of our stay.
The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The breakfast spread was very good with wide choices. Finally the location was superb; very close to most of major offices and shopping malls & banks. And the icing on the cake was a food street very close to the hotel (walking distance) where one could get a taste of local street food in the evening.

GermanyLocation is really strategic, walking distance from Monas and also from street food stalls. You can hop on into taxi to nearby mall e.g. Sarina, Grand Indonesia, or Plaza Indonesia. No need to worry about food, you can find a lot of foods nearby only in walking distance.
