Check-in time was delayed because the rooms were not ready. We were asked to wait but there wasn’t enough seats in the lobby area; so my family and I sat at the empty restaurant (Kitchen Yard) waiting for our rooms but then were asked to leave by the waiter because all waiting for rooms are only allowed to sit in the lobby area. Poor service, really. On the 2nd day of our stay, the internet connection was unavailable with no explanation. Also when my children went swimming, no bath towels were available. When we asked the staff, the answer was so simple ‘The bath towels are all finished.’ and no other effort was made to provide us with one. Upon checking out, my youngest slipped on a wet floor right in front of the elevator due to water from swimmers who were probably not provided with towels. It’s a safety hazard indeed and no wet floor signs anywhere in sight.

Location is good. Walking distance to Aeon Mall.

A full set of towels was not furnished- only a pair of bath towels, no wash cloth or hand towel to dry hands after washing. King bed did not have proper sized sheet on mattress- was two smaller sheets overlapping to cover mattress. Requested for wash and hand towels but was told “do not have”. Request for more toilet paper was not delivered.

Location is conveniently located near Aeon mall. Hotel appearance is newer one modern. Front desk female staff were courteous and pleasant Fruit plate was nice complimentary gesture, and appreciated.

well appointed rooms, restaurant served good breakfast and all carte menu choices were tasty as well. staff extremely helpful and went out of their way.

1. Zero covid protocol. staff didnt care enough to tell other guests to wear gloves during breakfast, we have seen so many of the other guests using their hands to pick up food / condiments at the buffet although gloves were provided within the breakfast area, but the staff didnt care enough to remind other guests. we ended up not having the appetite to eat anymore after seeing that. in fact we told the staff to inform other guests to wear gloves but the staff didnt care to do it even the next day. 2. they have an owl at the hotel which wasn’t taken care properly, it was chain and in fact it’s belong to one of the staff who went for holiday ( we asked them through instagram ), it didnt feels right to see the way it was. 3. we only been informed that the hotel pool is broken and we cannot use the facilities during our entire stay. 4. we had a package delivered which contain dry dog treats, the security was being so rude on the phone, tell us he cant keep it as it was food even after we explained that it wasnt food for human but for dogs and it’s dry food. Security needs to be train to speak kindly and represent the brand. 5. last, they put us, a couple on holiday in the room facing a construction on going and we had to sleep with the noise. not sure how this hotel do their reservations but very bad hospitality for a big brand like Accor and mercure it self.

The process of check-in. I have expressed my decision to make payment by cash and the staff told me that I still have to make a deposit using my credit card. Why can't the deposit made in cash? Upon check out, after I gad paid for the stay in cash, I was told that I have been billed for the deposit and the hotel will make the refund in 7 days. This will definitely result in the difference in my credit card bill due to differences in the billing. Can the hotel improve on this aspect.

The location is good as it was just next to the shopping mall.

bad service, the staff is really bad. check in at 2 pm, and i got the room around 4 pm, and floor of the swimming pool was broken
