Please note that the hotel is located in front of a mosque, so uninterrupted sleep may not be possible due to the early morning prayers at 4:22 am. The noise from the prayers is quite loud, and even earplugs may not be effective. The only option is to wait until the noise subsides, which could take some time.

After spending time on an isolated island, it was a relief to finally have a room with air conditioning. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to access supermarkets and explore the city center. The breakfast offered is outstanding, featuring high-quality food, and the staff is always available to assist with any needs you may have.

It is not worth the money. The food is quite expensive as well and the laundry was crazy expensive. It sells like a 5 star but honestly we have been at a lot of nicer 4 star hotels for less than half the price.

On arrival a key deposit of 145 euros is taken from your credit card . Not a particularly welcoming gesture for guests who are already paying a great deal of money for their rooms . It is a very nice hotel but is overpriced.

The pool area looks beautiful but no shade at all and only a couple of loungers. The food and drinks are very expensive and not that good. You need to go out. The area is very run down and poor with this very fancy hotel stuck onto the end of the street. I didn’t like the checkin, it’s not very welcoming stating all the rules to you and check out took 40mins to sort out!

First impression is from the hotel lobby. Wow, what a view! The hotel is fairly new and not yet completed. It is in a very good location with a couple of good restaurants walking distance. The rooms are nice and spacious.

The beautiful views, the location - easy to walk around the town, the restaurant views and service, spacious rooms, and the infinity pool. The staff were incredibly friendly - the new restaurant manager was very pleasant and attentive.

Not the hotels fault, but it is right across the street from a mosque so expect to hear the call to prayer during the day and night time too. The rooms are a bit soundproof but you can still hear faintly especially at night.

The room and bathroom were a big and had all amenities. The rooftop restaurant/bar staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating.

The lighting in the rooms is very dim and the rooms lack any soundproofing, so they can be a bit loud. The wi fi was non-existent in our room and even in the lobby.

The hotel restaurant is too dark at night for you to dine in if you are feeling lazy to walk around. Also the menu is in small unreadable font which makes it harder to read in dim lighting. Service was also a bit slow for the hotel restaurant when we were there.

The location and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The view from hotel lobby and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. Location wise is perfect as well. Walking distance to a lot of amenities. And if you want to go for boat trips, the tour boat can pick up directly in front odlf hotel.

Arrival: The hotel staff was friendly upon our arrival. However, I would like to mention that we had four heavy pieces of luggage, and unfortunately, we were not offered assistance to bring them to our room. It's worth noting that even in a lower-priced accommodation we stayed at previously, this service was provided. Room: The room was impeccably clean and boasted a stunning view. Overall, the room quality was excellent. On the downside, the TV lacked the functionality to access apps or content in the evening. Additionally, the door did not automatically close and needed adjustment. The door to the Balkone isn’t very soundproof, so you wake up at early cause of the loud boat noises. Dining and Beverages: Regrettably, the dining experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the hotel's 5-star status. The food quality was quite disappointing; the fish was dry, the meat didn't taste fresh, and the pizza didn't resemble pizza. The cocktails were also subpar, with the Whisky Sour being watery and the wrong type of ice cubes causing quick dilution. The mojito lacked mint flavor and overall taste. As a result, we opted to dine outside the hotel. Gym/Pool: The gym was generally well-equipped, although there was a defect in the spinning bike holder. The absence of larger towels was noted, and the provision of hand towels seemed impractical. However, it was appreciated that water was available. The gym overall provided a good experience. Pool: Regarding the pool, having only six sunbeds for numerous hotel guests was quite limited. Pool towels were only available upon request, and the water from the pool was spilling onto the hallway. Unfortunately, there was no pool lighting at night. On the plus side, the pool was spacious and clean.
