Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe food was average. The pool was average. And generally the hotel needed cleaning, especially the windows. The kids play room was poor, with hardly any toys (all broken), and a sad broken slide and the tv didn't work. Numerous other minor imperfections. We expected more for the price compared to other cheaper hotels. And be aware the Marvell City Mall it is a part of is almost empty of shops as of Dec 23.

AustraliaThe room was a little loud from outside noise at 3:30 am, the swimming pool area could be made more comfortable and modern with additional shade added. It would also be good if the room T.V allowed for Netflix. It's a shame the mall downstairs is mostly shut down. There were however a good many things for children to do at the mall and plenty of coffee shops. I believe the mall did not recover after Covid-19.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. The restaurant food was also very good. Great having a nice gym and pool to use.

The room are spacious, lot of space and shelves to store our shopping stuff, it is twice the size of any hotels in their class. The amenities are complete, and the bed are very comfy. I also like the big window.
