Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesI think the downside is the cleanliness of the pillows, blankets, towels. These were all quite battered and not very comfortable. Also found a bedbug one morning which makes me doubt the cleanliness of the bed. Pillows were yellowish showing signs of usage and age.
Nice kitchen and seems to be newly renovated. You can cook your own food via the stove. There is no microwave though. Refrigerator was big so you can stock up on food if you will be staying long. Master's bedroom was nice and cozy. Well lighted too. There is a work desk with chair that also works as a vanity. There is also a tv. Room is very spacious and cabinets are new. Single bedroom was a little dark with a table but no chair. You need to pull up the chair from the dining to be able to work. Room size is okay. Bed were all ok. Living area and dining area were all okay. The entire place is clean but there are signs of wear and tear in the walls and baseboards. It's livable but would suggest to stay with group.
