Great location, good breakfast, good size of room. Our room was not ready by the time we arrived but the hotel upgraded our room with no extra charge.

spa does accept cash only, No card pay option, and very average. White Towels provided in room were off-white, could have cleaner.

I stayed in Delux King. Big room, slightly old texture and furnishings,  but well maintained and clean.  Good gym, a small pool.  Sirih Restaurant,  ok, limited items only, but taste good, I like its open 24X7 Very good location,  nice view from hotel.

Only 1 treadmill in the gym so sometimes had to wait for other guests to finish using.

Nice big, clean room, and comfortable bed. Hot shower every day. Nice restaurant with very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and gym. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

I have to wait around 2 hours for my room (that junior suite). I had confirmed that I will come around 2 pm - 3 pm. But room was ready after 4 pm. I did not get any compliments for this.

Staff was really nice and they gave me a free late check out as my flight was late in the evening. Staff at the restaurant was also really nice and kind.

The building itself needs a little facelift - beautiful hotel with some signs of “aging”. Also, the walls aren’t soundproof, so you can hear traffic and mosques pretty well, specially at night.

The breakfast was great, beds comfy, room spacious. We asked for a earlier check in and also check out 6PM - hotel team was friendly and found the suitable solution with no problems.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The dinner in the restaurant is a little bit pricey but delicous. We really enjoyed the skygarden because you have a great view over Jakarta. The pool was clean and refreshing and the whirpool, and the sauna are great as well. Its a great place to start your trip in indonesia

The soundproofing is nonexistent, we could hear every single mosque in the area calling at all times of day and night, as well as traffic sounds. For reference, we later stayed at another hotel in Jakarta which also had mosques around and traffic, and couldn’t hear a thing. The rooms are weary, furniture is old, bathroom especially needs to be renewed. Few things didn’t work upon us checking in late in the evening so we had to call staff for them to be fixed (well, this is common so that’s ok).

Big room which was super nice, VERY comfortable bed, didn’t want to get out of it, my chronic back pain disappeared. Good breakfast, nice view from panoramic windows, courteous helpful staff.

Breakfast was that we didnt expects, not for us only for local people. Coffee as usual not good. Same was dinner. Good choice for food about 1,6 km. away, near the Starbucks.

Personal very helpful and kind. Room was clen and comfortable. Bed was excellent. We stay only 2 nights but could stay longer in that hotel, when you know where take the better coffee and food.

Pool was under maintenance on the last day and the kids were not happy. When we checked in, there were many cars hogging the lobby area so we cannot stop there. The staff asked us to move along but we need to stop and check in, it was hectic. Maybe because we checked in during new years eve.

Great location and nice friendly staff. We got upgraded to a junior suite which is spacious and nice. Breakfast has great selections. Pool is big and nice.
