Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe breakfast's taste is so-so and (Idk if it's just me being clumsy) the plug for the bathtub didn't work correctly so I was unable to relax in the tub completely.
I like how helpful and friendly the staff were. I was upgraded to the member-only room for free and enjoyed my stay. It is also really close to Tanah Abang station and pretty close to anywhere else, making my Jakarta experience traffic-stress-free.

Booked a fanily room but when checked in the staff said the room was unavailable so it was upgraded to Junior Suite. The staffs are all friendly and the room is soundproof so you will feel comfortable. You can enjoy the facilities like sauna steam room and swimming pool

TaiwanThe location is not very close to those tourist attractions. And no shopping mall / supermarket around. Very few restaurants nearby. No sofa or chairs in the lobby. People have to stand there waiting...
Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. From 6~10am. Swimming pool looks nice though I didn't try. There's a spa at 4F. I recommend the foot massage there.

United StatesThey overcharged my husband for coffee/ hot chocolate, he was led to believe these were complimentary drinks---about $3 for each drink.... so we did not like that approach at all.
We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of our vacation. I selected it because of location --walking distance to National Monument (although crossing the streets in Jakarta is quite a risky adventure!) and central location and value for money. Quality of rooms and services was good.

Room was big and clean, and our little one loved the pool. We especially liked that the pool had a shallower end as well.
