Nothing. Everything was perfect!

So peaceful, serene, clean, luxurious for that price. All the attention to details. The bedroom very cozy, it made us just wanna stay in bed all day. Super fast wifi bcs it’s rare to have good wifi when you stay in Bali. Very luxury with the marble flooring not like common villa in Bali now just concrete cement floors. The decorations, everything so well thought. No bugs! The swimming pool is small but it’s so unique Surprisingly, it’s located in between Seminyak & Canggu, it’s easier to explore the area. I wish i stayed here since the beginning that way I didn’t have to battle the busy traffic in Canggu. Very satisfying to stay here and definitely will come back again. Top notch hospitality!

Water dispenser isn’t working very well but no big deal

I LOVE the interior, such a good taste. The villas are close to each other but everyone was quiet. Nice restaurants are all nearby. Access and parking also super easy.

They have thought of everything. Even down to make up towels. Super clean, modern and stylish. Friendly and Efficient staff. Amazing villas. By far best place we have stayed while in Bali. Would stay again gutted to have only spent 3 nights.

Limited kitchen facilities

The villa was fantastic, so clean, modern but with Balinese touches. The staff were fabulous, polite and friendly. Cleanliness- top notch. Great pool, small but ideal for cooling down.

There was a construction noise from the neighborhood at certain times during the day but it’s not the fault of Moon Villas.

The Villa is excellent place that pays meticulous attention to all details, and it's clear that the staff and management really know what they're doing to ensure that guests have an exceptional stay. The villa is so comfortable and luxurious that We almost didn't want to leave my room. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the tasteful decor to the high-quality furnishings, and the amenities provided are on par with those found in 5-star hotels. The staff were all incredibly professional and friendly, making us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The gardeners did an outstanding job keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean and tidy, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for us to enjoy. The housekeepers were also fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure that the villa was cleaned to a high standard and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though the reception closed at 5 pm, the communication via WhatsApp with the manager was always prompt, professional, and helpful. Overall, our stay at this villa was exceptional, and I would rate it on par with the best 5-star hotels and villas I've stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation experience. My family and I can't wait to return for another stay in the future!

Some renovating noise when I was there on a few days. A little remote, though not far from Semniyak by car or scooter. Taxi nearby.

Villa furnished and decorated to a very high standard, like an art gallery. Staff is very polite and helpful. Small shared pool and loungers to relax.

The staff where so welcoming when we arrived and helped us hire a scooter for the duration of our stay the detail in these villas is beautiful and the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay extra special , we have loved our stay and will definitely be back thank you moon villas for the most incredible stay.

I absolutely loved everything about our 3.5wk stay! From the stylish room decor, to the exceptional hospitality, cleanliness of rooms, stunning pool and beautiful gardens, I seriously could not fault Moon Villas! A definite 10/10!
