I had an amazing experience at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The attendants were always available and responsive to our needs. The hotel's restaurant is a must-visit for its delectable cuisine. The food was absolutely great, and I highly recommend including the breakfast in your stay. The breakfast spread was diverse, fresh, and delicious, providing the perfect start to the day. The accommodation itself was truly amazing. The rooms were beautifully designed, with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The soft pillows and comfortable bedding, combined with the cozy blankets, made for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, having Netflix on the TV was a nice touch for entertainment. One of the standout features of this hotel is its breathtaking view. Whether you're admiring the cityscape or the natural surroundings, the views are simply outstanding, adding to the overall experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It was an exceptional experience, and I will definitely return for another stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

Not applicable, even the drive from the airport was enjoyable, the scenery coming up the mountains, and passing the twin lakes was stunning.

The scenery up here was incredible. The view from the room, watching the clouds roll through the mountains from our balcony was truley breathtaking. The facilities, restuarant, bar, and the staff were also flawless. The staff were always willing to help and really went above and beyond for us. The included breakfast was probably the best "included breakfast" I've ever experienced. The food at the restuarant, and the cocktails were absolutely delicious. Really cannot find a flaw with this place.

Cabin bit small, have to drive up long way up- so be prepared ( me i have no prob )

We waited for the food to be delivered to the room for an hour, probably because the restaurant was busy, however this could be improved or at least we could be notified about such a delay. Also, some of the options were already sold out, and not so many options for vegetarians.

The place is really peaceful and for 1-2 nights it's perfect. Really enjoyed the view from the the room, we stayed in cabin 7. Amazing! Fireplace was super cozy and pool was great!

Peaceful Tranquil Relaxing An absolute quality built, impeccably styled cabin in an undiscovered part of Bali away from mass tourism and overdevelopment. We loved every minute of our stay. We arrived at 1pm (2 hours ahead of check in) and were shown to our cabin immediately. The cabins have everything you need, beautiful robes, towels, linen, tea, coffee and a FAB mini bar! For 24 hours we relaxed in robes between the cabin, hot tub, pool, fire pit and restaurant. The WhatsApp communication is GENIUS and we ordered cocktails by the pool and enjoyed a sleep in and late breakfast delivered to the cabin. The staff we impeccable - attentive, kind and really made our stay so enjoyable. It was truly perfection and HIGHLY recommended.

The only thing that I didn't love was that we stayed in the 2 room cabin (which was great!) but the rooms weren't connected internally (you had to go outside to get to each room). I really wish I'd known this in advance, just so I could have managed my expectation (even though my kids aren't toddlers any more I was uncomfortable with them having a separate entrance to me). Also the room downstairs smelt quite musty which is par for the course in the tropical heat but terrible if you have allergies.

Munduk cabins, it's location, staff, food and facilities were just amazing. From even before we arrived we felt super well looked after (with whatsapps from the property helping us with our arrival). The view from the cabin and the pool and hot tub was divine. The food at the restaurant unbelievably good and all of the staff were just amazing. Real 5 star service. Thank you so much. If you are lucky enough to come to here I'm sure you'll agree its a little piece of paradise.

Everything about this property was perfect from the interior design, public facilities and private amenities. This is by far the nicest and most well organised stay we have had throughout our whole trip to Bali and we will definitely be back. Workers could not be more helpful they even kept our bags safe while we went to another accommodation the following night as we were unable to transport and carry all our luggage.

Relaxing and refreshing. Munduk has lovely temps with cool nights so we loved the fire and hot tub. The cabin is stylish, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Food was sensational - Indonesian style food with a lovely bar. Staff were professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. Could not fault anything, wonderful location and stay.

Price a little steep. Not much facilities besides the firepit and small pool. Breakfast is very simple and modest. Very small portion and few. Would prefer the towel not heavily scented with fabric softener.

Secluded cabins feels out of this country. Surrounded by lush greeneries kept the temperature cool and nice. Cabin build and amenities inside cabin is of good quality.

The distance of the hotel from the airport or the center of the city is very far.

An exceptional stay. This hotel is outstanding in every aspect. If you choose any category for rating, it can't be less than a 10. As for the food in the hotel's restaurant, it's a whole new world. I believe they have brought in the best chef in the country, or perhaps the chef of the president himself 😄, because I have never tasted anything more delicious and exquisite than the food served in this restaurant.

The check in time at 3 was very late for us because we wanted to enjoy our staycation, anyway we asked for an eaerly check in and our room was ready when we arrived at 2 pm, so that is also solved ;)

It was a dream, the staff are stars, the room is spacious , modern, cozy, with all the kitchen equipment and details to enjoy your stay to the fullest, we will repeat!! Ah, and the restaurant Ulekan with the food is a pluuuuussss
