Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast were delicious (50k Rp). They take care of the scooter rental for us (85k Rp per day). They cleaned the rooms every day. The pool was clean and nice. The WiFi was OK (30mbps). The stuff were very kind and helpful with everything we needed. I needed my trousers repair and the stuff just took them to the taylor and make them fix the same day. The place is in the calm place. 1 km from surf beach with super restants and beach bars which are not that crowdy. It's about 40 minutes to Ubud by scooter which is close in Bali.

Our room was a really good size and immaculately clean, the beds were so comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after us. They organised our tickets to the Night Safari, drove us around the town, provided information on the best places to eat and even organised for massages for us in the comfort of our own rooms. The owner Gusty was so friendly and his english is perfect, so there were never any misunderstandings. The price of the rooms was incredibly budget friendly.

Gave me a lift to get money out and to buy a sim. Amazing service. Place is stunning also and a great place to stay to get more of a local vibe as everyone in this area wanted to meet you.

Accommodation extremely clean and comfortable. Air con works well and is quiet. Garden and pool area are beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating. Tea/coffee/water available to help yourself to 24/7. Breakfasts delicious😊especially the pancakes. Owners are welcoming and friendly and always on hand for advice/information. Owner also has a taxi so can arrange transport/trips etc. Loved our stay here-would recommend.

BelgiumVery limited breakfast that took a long time to prepare (not an issue, could be better). The room door could not close all the way, there was a 1.5cm gap, that is easy for gekko's / insects to fly inside & to hear the insects and animals make noise during the night. The sheets where not the cleanest, also the pillows weren't.
The staff was very polite. The pool was always clean. Easy to reach hotel in a place with little to no tourism. AC worked very well. Room was cleaned every day & water bottles provided.
