The kitchen is equipped with the very basics. It looks like it needs good cleaning. The open kitchen/living room is very small, and the couch looks very tired with a hole and is uncomfortable. It's too hot to sit in a sitting area during the day as it does not have a ceiling fan. The water pressure is so low for a good shower and shampoo.

Stayed in the hotel portion. The staff was very sweet, pool and room were clean and gorgeous, bed was comfy.. never any problems. Not loud at all… good value for the money. Surprisingly no bugs which can be hard to maintain in tropical places.

The staff, the room was so fresh, the calm vibes among other guests, they had a little gym, and location was good in Seminyak, although we decided to go towards Canggu during our days a lot! But it is close to restaurants and cafes, the beach, and many cheaper spas.

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa located just down the road from Seminyak square, staff were very fast and helpful with anything we asked of them and also so kind and friendly thank you so so much made our holiday 😎 Breakfast was good 👍 👍

We booked a bungalow with the pool. Very clean room, friendly staff and always smiling. We were able to order breakfast, drinks and food at the villa. We had breakfast in the pool which was nice. The pool was very clean, we have a toddler that loved it. The pool is quite deep 1.2-1.8 m. Good variety for breakfast from european type to local food. Very good location, 5 min from Seminyac village, restaurants and shops. We celebrated my b day and they filled the bathtub with rose petals, which looked great. Great experience over all, would recommend.

The staff was courteous & very helpful. They helped us out at 12 AM when my friend fell sick & this is something that we really appreciated. The location was very well located, a walking distance from Sisterfields cafe & Seminyak village. The rooms were big & comfortable for 3 people, the bathroom was stocked with handsoap, shampoo & bodywash. The property pool look very inviting with pool bed floats but we didn't get a chance to use it. Complete value for money!

There was no steps into the pool, just a ledge to step onto, so had to be real careful getting in and out. For people with bad legs, it would be a problem.

I was in a pool villa, it was quiet, spacious, bed comfortable, very tasty food. The location made it easy to visit spots around Kuta, Seminyak etc. All the staff members greeted you with a big smile. Big thank you to the 3 staff members I saw the most, Ms Sri, Ms Armini, and Mr Sucita, I miss you all! Thank you to all the staff.

Great place to visit as a group of couples or singles. Had an awesome time in this villa. They use WhatsApp for all communications and it makes life much easier. You can order food and drinks via phone. Good breakfast options in the morning. Close to many areas - shopping strips, convenience stores, SPA's (massage) Welcoming staff. Great place to stay - we took the 3 bedroom villa.

They had two pillows per person which is nice but both pillows were hard. If one pillow was soft that would be nice.

Shower head in villa needs replacing. A/C wasn't that great in our room. Breakfast was OK but preferred to eat out. Villa pool water was warm so not that refreshing. Roads surrounding the resort not pedestrian friendly and very busy.

We got to check in early which was great and very appreciated. Villa was very spacious and quiet. Water cooler provided in villa was nice to have. Service was prompt and friendly. Location good, close the the heart of Seminyak.

The gym was too basic without heavy weights.

The pool area is really nice. The gym needs heavier weights, but there are cheap gyms nearby. The room was amazing. I think the breakfast could be nicer with more variety.
