Our ground floor room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the huge bathroom and the rainshower was wonderful. Bed was excellent. All staff were very attentive, happy and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Breakfast included in our room rate, although was not a buffet, offered adequate a la carte choices. The portion sizes could be increased somewhat though.

Nothing really everything is ok .

Room was cleaned everyday , towels changed as well . Very big room nice large bed , enjoyed the pool . The property close to restaurants , shopping malls few minutes walk .Breakfast variety to choose good enough .Staff in the reception kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since our flight is quite late at night midnight . They offered we can use the pool as well , towels which we did . I like the location very quiet away from the busy streets .

Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort & Villa is in a fantastic location. A short stroll to the Seminyak Shopping Centre, the beach, bars & restaurants. Big, clean room with a comfy bed. The pool & gardens were immaculate. The staff are incredibly pleasant & very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing resort! Great location and staff The rooms are a great size but the bathroom is next level! Probably the biggest bathroom I've ever seen in Bali. So nicely laid out and soooo much room! Staff are really nice and helpful too and the pool was amazing! Quite an extensive breakfast menu, including western and Asian choices

We had a 2 bedroom villa, set in beautiful surroundings. I didn't like the outdoor kitchen which separated the 2 bedroom because when I wanted to make a cup of tea in the middle of the night I had physically leave my villa and step out into the outdoor area to use kitchen facilities even to get hot water for tea. I know we had locks on big entry foot to villa & locks on our individual bedrooms but I didn't feel safe having to step outside to get stuff from the fridge or to make cup of tea or coffee.

Walkable to Petitenget Beach. Nice shopping complex near by. Nice spacious villa, beds comfy & pool lovely. All staff from cleaners to Reception are lovey.

Great location, near the Seminyak city centre with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. In walking distance to Petitenget beach and Seminyak beach. Top service, very clean, lots of space ( we stayed in private pool villa at Mutiara). Great options from the restaurant menu. The pool is blvery clean and big. They also have spa/massage options and packages for couples. Amazing stay here!

The air conditioning unit may need a bit of a clean as it didn’t feel like it was pumping out enough cool air.

Breakfast options were poor, pretty much everything was eggs. The coffee was cold and every morning there were no glasses set out for guests to drink water. Some of the staff were lovely and friendly.

This villa was perfect for our trip. We went as a group of 5 and it was more than enough space for us. The rooms are spacious and the private pool is a great addition. Our favourite part was the exceptional service provided by the staff! They went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. We also booked in a flower pool on one of the days for our friend’s hens and the staff did an incredible job setting it up! It is easy to contact the staff and they respond quickly. Highly recommend booking this villa! Thanks again to the amazing staff for making our trip wonderfull!

We stayed in the resort area, tripple room and were very happy with everything: - huge room and bathroom, both very clean - great wifi in all areas - the resort also has a small gym that had enough space for us - huge pool, that is properly deep for grown-ups:) part of ir is under the trees, so nice to enjoy any time of day - great breakfast, as well as overall pretty good food in the restaurant so it’s an easy choice when arriving late. - a few mins walking from the main streets Overall, enjoyed everything. Great choice for a short stay in Seminyak.

I loved everything about this resort. From check-in to checkout, I felt very special . I stuck to indonesia breakfast and loved it . If I needed anything, they were easily contacted on whatsapp. The pool was good just to relax. Wow, the delux room and bathroom were so good . Great value for money . Cons Bugs/Insects - we encountered cockroaches in the upper level of the villa, and 1-2 in the outdoor bathroom downstairs. We did expect bugs/insects but there were quite a bit upstairs may be due to lack of usage on the upper level? Kitchen - time to upgrade the kitchen appliances

Pros 1. Cleanliness- the villa was cleaned daily 2. Location - in the heart of Seminyak although situated in a off track street with no walkway, however the end of the street you will encounter all the shops, mini marts etc 3. Service - the staff were friendly, prompt in responding to queries and requests 4. Pool - a good sized pool in the 2 bedroom villa we were in.

People smoke everywhere including the poolside. You can smell it from your room when you got pool view from your balcony,,, No safety box inside... You can ask for it but we didn't. Spa was not impressive for price, does not mean it's bad...

Good location, facilities, everythingfor great price. The pool is deep and big with many beach chairs and 2 tables with parasol. The pool was not really too crowded when we stay... May be because of it is in Seminyak? (Has great beach clubs? Not sure.. ) Breakfast was lovely... Everything was clean and tidy. Definitely stay again when I visit Bali.

We liked everything

Very spacious villa in an excellent tourist location. Everything worked, there was enough of everything, good air conditioning, TV, even a very decent Bluetooth speaker. Excellent, spacious pool with clean water! Very rich selection of breakfasts. The nearest tourist street with all the restaurants, bars and shops is just a 5 minute walk away. We really liked everything, as did Seminyak. Yes, this is not a beach resort, but the two main beach clubs (Finns and Potato Head) are very close. We were here for 4 days and it was wonderful. Taxis and bikes through the local Grab app are just for pennies. I recommend! I am not giving 10 points for this villa because it is not luxury and is a bit overpriced. It's just an ordinary nice villa with no extras.
