Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThere is no elevator and as the suite is on the top floor, quite a challenge to drag our big suitcase 😅
We stayed at the family suite. Spacious, clean, has its own small kitchen and dining table. Loove the simple decor, the small balcony, the bed n breakfast feel ( tho there is no breakfast, but there is a small cafe/bakery). My daughter was really happy with her bunk bed. The area is also nice and quiet, lots of trees and old colonial houses

Room Size perfectly fit for Family. We were 6 Adults and 2 Toddlers and we can fit in nicely. Kitchen facilities were also great (electric stove, microwave, even an RO Dispenser). Entertainment facilities with internet TV and free netflix. Cleanliness was also exceed expectation for this type of accomodations. A nice working whirpool accompanied by this buzzing bees 😆 Staff were amazing!

The room is quite big for family and the facilities inside is quite complete like we rent an apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out quick.

NetherlandsEnough convenient room (304) for a short stay max 2 nights because room has no daylight window. Indoor light from the hallway was shining through the roll curtain during the night. This can be solved with another curtain. You def need transportation to get around. There are no little shops around the corner but there is a nice bakery next to the hotel where you can get your breakfast/ lunch.
