The place felt dated and needs a re-vamp (broken floor boards, missing tiles in pool, grubby sun beds, shower was poor and didnt flow properly, bed sheets and towels stained, all furniture needed some tlc). Pictures seem to be from a while ago so we were quite underwhelmed on arrival but the staff did do everything they could to make us feel comfortable which we can't fault.

Staff were more than accommodating when we asked for a mosquito net to be put up and any issues we had, they went out of their way to help us always and were always friendly.

It rained non stop and the huts are made of bamboo and they don’t have proper insulation so the dampness from outside seeps into the walls and mattress and I slept on a wet bed with towels underneath me for 2 days.

There’s a woman at the front desk. She’s a sweetheart. Everyone else there doesn’t care. The food is great. I was told I would get a refund bc I checked out early bc my bed was wet from all the rain and I never received the refund.

Issues such as when our room was cleaned, we were only left with one towel instead of two. The breakfast is pretty nasty - mie Goreng seemed to be the quick packet noodles and pancakes were definitely made from a packet, served with a sickly, fake maple syrup. The breakfast is definitely worth skipping.

The location is great for accessing all of the Uluwatu general area. The rooms are very cute, proper Balinese styled cabins.

The room was dark and had no windows. The bathroom was strange with a urinal in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable. It was incredibly overpriced for the quality of the room.

The houses are so nice and wonderfully colorful. The bathroom was absolutely fantastic, I enjoyed it so much. I love how silent and peaceful the location is. The staff is also very friendly, I will definitely come again.

there were a few things that upset me during my stay in Dream Bali. The quality-price relationship is really bad. I’ve stayed in cheaper places in Bali and the quality was much better. The main point that really bothered me was the hygiene of dream Bali. when I arrived my bed sheets were very dirty with brown stains - which is inadmissible and the bathroom also smelled really bad. When I made a complaint about the sheets the staff was really helpful and immediately solved the problem. But once again, for the price I’ve paid it’s not understandable for a room to be in such bad conditions. The wood house is not also prepared to prevent the mosquitos and other bugs.

Felt deceived by star rating- at this point in time would only be one star, suitable for one night. Rooms cleaned once in 5 days. No information in rooms- eg pool towels, fridge in kitchen??? All drinks and food needed to be paid for at once, no room charge capacity. Extremely limited drinks available from common area, but no fridge in room to cool drinks and no local access to ice. Felt was overpriced for current service and level of maintenance

It started with the check in, we arrived at 1.30pm and check in is at 2pm. We ended up waiting til after 2.30pm for our room to be ready. The room initially presented well however after closer inspection, it was quite dirty. Stains on the sheets, dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. Then at night, got in to bed and put the mosquito net around the bed and there was brown stains all over it. Then the rain came!! there was heavy rainfall which came through roof and was coming down directly on the bed. Initially we just dealt with it but it just got worse and worse and we couldn’t deal with it any longer. To the hotels defence, it was extremely heavy rain however the rooms should be able to deal with considering it’s Bali and rain fall is very common. We got moved to another room which was nice of the staff but the second room looked like no body had been there for years. extremely dirty, rain coming through the walls, but the bed was dry: the next morning, we decided to leave as it was meant to be our last hotel stay after a month of travel through Indonesia. we checked out, as well as 5 other rooms who all said they had the same problem. We asked for a refund but because it was a Sunday, we were told we had to come back on the Tuesday for the refund because of accounting reasons. So, we left and booked a villa in Seminyak. Came back on the Tuesday to collect the refund and although had to wait 45min to actually get the money, I did get the refund. The staff were extremely accommodating throughout the ordeal so they can not be blamed for it, but the hotel is in desperate need of repair. even the gardens were overgrown and just needed some maintenance. Unfortunately, other then the staff, there isn’t anything nice to say about this experience.

Sheets and towels were full of stains, AC was dripping on the bed, and you could hear everything from the neighbours. Very noisy because it’s near the main road and there was also renovation noise all the time. Stairs weren’t cleaned and full of algae what made them super slippery- I even fell and hurt myself pretty bad.
