Everything was perfect! They are really taking care of every detail in the place, so that the enjoyment and comfort of the guest is guaranteed. I really loved their warm welcome (or cold ☺️) and their simple but delicious breakfast (especially smoothie).

If I had to be really picky, a few more breakfast options would be good and maybe mosquito nets?

My island home had a lovely boutique feel. Its decor was simple and classy, the staff were super accommodating and happily helped sort snorkelling, bikes etc. we felt really cared for. Loved that water refills were available and rooms were made up immaculately each day. Thanks Karla, Abi and team

Nothing not to like!

Amazing stay! Staff couldn’t do enough for us. We also arranged a boat trip through the staff and had a great day. The owner was so helpful when I asked some advice for local medical centres as I fell unwell and been let me check out late. If we ever return to Gili air we will be back! AMAZING 10 stars!

We had the adjoining rooms with the kitchen between which was perfect for us. It is a beautiful, clean property with staff that could not be more friendly or helpful. The location is great for walking to the beach or restaurants. Breakfast is provided and is delicious with a great selection to choose from.

In a slightly more quiet / relaxed location away from the main street, but still with close proximity to good food and the beach. Amazing staff with great facilities/ amenities.

Beautiful chalet, immaculately clean, huge bed with crisp white sheets; a lovely shower room with plenty of hot water and soft towels. Pretty balcony overlooking the pool. A lovely breakfast served on my balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.

Literally everything: the staff (the kindest owner you can imagine, Carla helped us out with all the questions we had), the staff was very kind and polite, our double room and pool were perfect (clean and new) and so was the location (only 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants) and breakfast (best smoothie bowls ever!)

Absolutely everything. The staff could not have done more and all with a smile on their face, the facilities and cleanliness were second to none and the resident cat Blacky made our stay! Special thanks to Carla who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. Also, the breakfast was delicious and such a nice bonus to be included! We will be back.

I wouldn’t ever comment on how good the staff at a hotel are but in this case, the staff made the BIGGEST difference to my trip, they made it absolutely amazing. The actual location to sunsets is incredible and a bonus too. It’s the quieter side of the island which is what I wanted (not that it’s far to walk). The pictures also don’t do this place justice it’s very cute and very clean and feels secluded. Absolutely incredible stay and I’d love to visit again. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is so relaxed, pool is warm and lovely to swim in. Restaurant recommendations from the owner are amazing, plus she helped organise two (healthy) horses to ride at sunset which was unbelievable and the following day organised a perfect snorkelling trip for us too. She has an incredible local knowledge and has clearly put a lot of love and detail into her property. I’d listen to what she suggests and take up any offers to help organise things (I didn’t feel like I was asking too much and she was just casual and a friendly face when we saw her around the island too). It’s made me want to pack up my bags and move there full time. Thoroughly recommend!!

Everything was perfect. If I had to say anything, if you don’t like cats or are allergic, you may struggle but there’s cats all over the island! One made its way into the bathroom whilst I was showering one day (my fault for not closing the door properly) which gave me a fright!! 😂

Just the most gorgeous stay. Stunning place, comfy beds, hot and powerful shower, so much attention to detail. Can rent cute bikes and get laundry done, both for great prices. Pool is perfect temp and looked after so well. Everything is so clean. Great location and a quick walk to sunset side of the island. We would use bikes in the day to explore the island/go to the opposite side of the island and then just walk to restaurants/drinks on sunset beach in the evenings. Staff so attentive, friendly, helpful and so so welcoming. Breakfast was a great selection and served on your little private deck! We had smoothie bowls one day and eggs/toast the next. Always served with juice, tea/coffee and a fruit platter! Genuine 10/10 stay and we honestly would have stayed longer if they weren’t fully booked :-)

Beautiful chill out zone!! True little slice of paradise. The staff were incredible, they made the effort to know all our names, and nothing was a problem. A short walk/bike ride to the beach. we loved exploring the island by bike.
