Some of the furnishings are worn out, like the couches in the living room. The villa staff make you breakfast in your villa. The breakfast is decent but nothing to write home about. There is some noise from the surrounding venues but I didn’t find this intrusive.

The villa staff went above and beyond in providing exceptional guest service. I liked that the villa provides you with a mobile phone where you can easily message them for requests, such as what you’d like for breakfast. Every request was always promptly dealt with and always with a smile! Convenient location on Jalan Camplung Tanduk. There’s lots of eateries on that street. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to Seminyak beach, 15 minute cab ride to Seminyak Village/the Jalan Kayu Aya strip. Bed was firm and comfortable with minimal partner disturbance. Clean, comfortable and homely.

There could be a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the staff could be a little more careful while dusting and housekeeping as we lost something while they were cleaning- though the same was found and returned

The Villa is fabulously located and has a lovely pool. It is private and quiet while the outside is central and buzzy. The service is not at all invasive but very responsive and good. And the Villa is very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful villa in a very good location just off main street Jalan Raya at Seminyak. The property is only 10mins from the beach in one direction and 10mins to Bintang supermarket in the other. And the dedicated staff Putu & Ardy made my wife feel like royalty.

Some repairs/refurbishment required in Villa 2 - superficial stuff that didn't affect our stay.

Very roomy, amazing pool, large and comfy bed, ideal location, helpful staff. Air con in enclosed areas was very effective. The restaurant that provides room service was our favorite in Seminyak.

Nothing to say here. I can not fault this Villa. it was perfection.

I can not fault My Villas in Bali. I think the best part of our stay was the BEAUTIFUL staff. Just the friendliest happiest kindest people. The Villa was gorgeous. The bed was sooooo comfortable, the bathroom 5 star luxury, shower was heaven, air conditioning excellent. The pool was awesome. The pool beds were comfy. The outdoor lounge/kitchen/dining was comfy and perfect. The butler service was really great and the highlight of each day was our Gorgeous butler Nengah cooking our breakfast and sharing chats about our families. Wi-Fi was good. Area around great. so many restaurants to choose from.

It was great to have the open covered kitchen, dining and lounge area next to the pool. And then a separate closed bedroom and bathroom area to keep the bugs out. Nice experience to have breakfast being prepared in the villa in the morning. Very tasty local food and fruit. The location is really very central with shops just outside the door and the beach just a short stroll away.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The pool was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and exemplary service was provided by all staff most notably Mr Putu and Mr Nengah. Me and my wife were very impressed with what was offered. I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Bali!

Pool was a little cool, nice to look at but I wish it was heated to enjoy it more.

I am not able to find any fault with the property.

The size, the location and the general comfort could not be faulted, not to mention the excellent service provided by the in house team. In terms of location is located in the heart of Seminyak close to restaurants, bars, pharmacy’s etc. Despite its proximity to all these great places, there is no noise or disruption. Every need is anticipated with an included turndown service, breakfast cooked fresh each day and you never run out of towels or not have enough. They even provide you with a mobile phone so that you can stay in touch or request anything you need. We needed some hand sanitiser one morning and had it literally at our door within 5 minutes.
