Great value for money! Not a luxury accommodation, but decent and clean for this money on this location it is perfect! Restaurants 5 minutes walking, beach 2 minutes walking. Breakfast provided by the family is easy but delicious. Also the owner and his family is super friendly and kind! Would stay here again!

Easy access to everything around and very beautifully designed to make sure you are away from traffic noise as well. Good aircon and hot water…The local family is always smiling and willing to help.

Only one thing I unfortunately do have to mention. For the entire two weeks I stayed there was a family of 4 loud and very rude Germans staying opposite me who sat on the balcony every single night until 12.30am and again when they woke up at 6.30am drinking, talking loud, smoking, bandaging chairs. They had absolutely no respect for anyone else staying at the homestay. They kept me awake and woke me up many times and I know they also woke other neighbours who stayed next to them as they told me. They completely ruined my time and made me very anxious. I did tell the owners who asked them once to be quiet but the noise continued. I told the owner again and sadly my message got ignored. The owner is such a nice guy I don’t think he wanted to annoy them, but unfortunately it really bothered many of his other guests. I left two days early because I couldn’t stand it anymore. Noisy neighbours aren’t the owners fault, but I do think a proper noise curfew needs to be in place especially when our rooms are so close, also a proper window needs to be installed above the door instead of plastic. Other than that, nothing else!!! 👍🏻

- As per other reviews, the owners are fantastic people and really looked after me while I stayed. They were very kind and took me to the doctors and also kindly fed me when I was ill. - The room is lovely, very cosy and has homely touches, it’s also very clean. - Breakfast was great! - The actual aesthetic of the building is lovely too, lots of plants everywhere and birds tweeting. They have a friendly dog and cat which I loved seeing. - It’s very close to the beach and shops! - It’s priced very well and worth the money!

Only thing was the strong smell of room fragrance. And since the window could not be open I could not air the room except to keep the door open. But this may not be a problem for others

The location is a resident's house close to the beach, has a spacious room, a comfortable and clean bed, there is WiFi and a big refrigerator too. the host very friendly and helpful, there is a dog that guards the house but wasn't disturb visitors, it's name gembul.

The family cat peed in my shoes which is bothersome so watch your shoes outside.

This homestay has 5 units available for rent on their family compound. The family is very friendly. Meals are provided at a very reasonable rate (breakfast, lunch and dinner for those days you are hanging low). The location is ideal with a very short walk around the corner thru the property of KuDeTa and onto the beach. Great coffee shops, back streets cutting over onto the main areas, and shops. Grabs are right outside ready to give you a ride. For being so close to everything you are tucked away from the bustle. They do have a dog on property and he barks throughout the night when alerted. There is a small closet in the bathroom with a safe, a refrigerator in your room, and they provide bottles water out in the center for guests. I believe the husband can also assist with transfers if needed.
