Have to wait very long for the 2 lifts which served all floors. Breakfast was average, they didn’t replenish the food promptly so if you came late, you’ll find several trays empty at a time. There always seemed to have insufficient space in the restaurant as well. Tv channels had inconsistent volume. Pool was small. Pillows were way too thick for my neck. Towel was very thin. Toilet door was old and faulty. Very little toilet paper given. Pick-up point on ground floor had no aircon (but is sheltered thankfully).

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was large, clean and comfy. View from window was good. Aircon worked well. Location was easy to find by grab/gojek drivers. Gym was alright. Toilet was clean and had glass partition. Toilet had bidet. Toothbrush provided. Fridge worked well. Nice armchair and table.

The wallpaper and the door of the toilet show signs of wear, and there is a concern about potential injuries, particularly from the peeling part of the door. We unfortunately missed our included dinner, though we acknowledge it's not the hotel's fault. We would prefer having breakfast as an alternative option.

The staff is good. Despite the room showing signs of age, we are fortunate to have a robust air-conditioning system, a satisfying hot water shower, and no cigarette smell room on the 18th floor. Thank you! :)

Need to upgrade the lifts. They are extremely slow and super inadequate to serve so many levels with the slow speed. Need to indicate in booking.com that the inhouse spa is under renovation and not available

Not much I didn't like considering the price.

I had misplaced my traveling shoe bag containing a pair of green slippers and brown sandals, which I recently purchased from my recent travel to Pakistan. It has sentimental value, so when Neisya and Ocha confirmed to me that they were able to locate it, I was pleasantly surprised and truly pleased with their efforts and honesty to try and locate it for me. It certainly highlights their level of trust and reliability, which is highly commendable.

Damaged shower head in one of our rooms. The swimming looks clean but upon closer look, seems to require more and proper clean up. Didn't make use of it. Lack of hand soap in public access washrooms near the pool and hotel lobby.

The location. Close to Nagoya Hill Mall but far enough to avoid the bustling crowd. Within walking distance to the mall and conveniently located to get quick access to food delivery and getting transportation. Simple and cheap.

Would be more convenient if 2 keycards were issued per room instead of only one keycard. Lift (elevator) was a little bit slow. But overall did not affect our stay.

Good location within 5-10 minutes of most attractions in the city. Within 10 minutes walk to nearby convenience stores, restaurants and cafes. Room was in decent condition (comfort and cleanliness) and all the switches, lights, shower, etc was in working condition. Staff were all very polite and friendly.

The kids’ swimming pool was dirty, the water had cigarette dust all over because there were men smoking in the area in the early morning. We came down at around 8am. The shower head in the hotel bathroom was also loose and leaking at some parts.

The location and price was good. I don’t think they had breakfast with my booking, so can’t comment on breakfast. The room was clean.

Ground Floor pick up point/ drop point have to improve to give a better look. GF not equal to Level 3.

Room and Bed are well maintained. Mainly the customer service and front desk officers are excellent and very humble.
