Bit hard for my elderly mum to move around on her own with all the different steps, hights, grass, paths. Kitchen needs upgrading. Restaurant wasn’t available.

The room, bathroom and bonus day beds were wonderful. A fabulous feeling of space. The grounds are beautifully looked after and the host and staff friendly and helpful. We where amazed at what we got for our money.

The tiles on the steps to enter the pool were very slippery.

Beautiful Balinese style open air accommodation set in spacious grounds with beautiful gardens. The bedroom was enclosed and airconditioned, and the outdoor rooms comprised a kitchen, lounge with daybed and bathroom. They were all connected by a walkway through ponds. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the rooms were. The pool was very clean and shaded in parts by a tree which helped when it was very hot. Close to many restaurants and shops and only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a dislike, but resturant closed for renos. Should be complete may 25. Villas were not effected by noise or works from the renos

The TV didn’t work but these days you just need wifi and he internet was great. Long term I would recommend getting TVs that could access Netflix etc but it’s no deal breaker this place is amazing as is!

This was probably the most enjoyable place we have ever stayed especially for the value. So central to everything you need and only 5min walk to beach, yet the grounds are so private with only 5 villas and the pool is right in front of them. The grounds are so well kept, the staff so lovely and the house keeping 5stars. It’s a teeny run down after Covid but honestly it did not take away from the 10/10 experience. We had our 2.5yo toddler and was very family friendly though it could be a perfect Romantic place for a couple or friends or even a place for a private wedding! We feel like this space has made our holiday to bali so much better and we hope to be back. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SANUR!

There is no restaurant on site however some great cafes and restaurants very close by. The resort is older and therefore plumbing is ageing. Staff were very good at attending to issues arising from this.

Beautiful spacious villa and outside space, set in a large, well-kept garden and pool area, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and centre of Sanur. Home from home private space, featuring a large front patio area with seating and a large pavilion, large stepping stones lead you to the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was suitably equipped with all you need. Large fridge, kettle, and stove. The villa has a large bedroom space overlooking the well maintained garden. Very comfortable bed with mosquito netts, plenty of wardrobe space and vanity area. Leading through to a large bathroom area, with a large bath and open shower area, plenty of storage. The villa was serviced everyday . Lovely fresh fluffy towels, toiletries and attention to detail with little floral details. A Beautiful bowl of fresh flowers was awaiting me on arrival. The staff were lovely and Andy the manager very helpful. This was perfect for me #janetstravelstyle

It’s lovely sprawled out property with rooms nicely separated. You have your own kitchen with dining area and a lovely living space. The rooms are quite large with a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub. Just all around comfortable place to stay. The property is also ideally located around many restaurants and shops with only a short walk to the beach. To top it all off, the owner Andi is very friendly and accommodating host always happy to greet you with a smile:) Thoroughly loved my stay, if fact I was supposed to stay one night and stayed for three. Will definitely be back again:)

they do nopt have breakfast facilitys though that is getting built as we speak , so very soon they will be able to serve breakfast as well!

As with all pools in Bali Hotels , there not cool enough (too hot from weather) , the room was large and very comfortable and the bathroom large and in the open air though private!

Villas are very spacious with many areas to relax. Wifi was very strong , staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent with bars , restaurants , shops and money changers at your doorstep.

Nothing! there were a couple of things that were not ideal - the shower pressure wasn't amazing, there weren't enough plugs for us, very small things like that so if that kind of thing would spoil your stay then it might not be for you but we absolutely loved it, would stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Spacious generous accommodation, beautifully laid out with central social / relaxing area, kitchen and with the two rooms to the side, all outdoor but still offering privacy and quiet. The gardens are large and provide a real oasis with a comfortable pool and loungers. This is an authentic accommodation in traditional style, and we loved it. It is not a clinical newly built chain hotel so don't expect everything to be brand new or immaculate - it was built some time ago but it's clear the owners work hard at keeping it in good form for guests. All the staff were friendly, they were there from early in the morning cleaning and sweeping! I particularly liked the evening service where they closed all the curtains, set the mosquito nets in the room etc.

Bath towels were rough. Pool towels are better. Time to switch out.

Lovely place with individual bungalows. Nice, but warm pool with overhanging frangipani tree with accompanying pig fountain. Gorgeous spacious outdoor bathroom.
