Early morning kids swimming in pool at 630 am Locals leave a mess for staff to clean up after them

Very central - walking distance to shopping. Only stayed one night as we were in transit - but would stay again, pool was great, nice an refreshing after a day spent shopping!

Door handle to outside pool area was broken. It was repaired but still didn’t work. Large gap above top of door, so cool air escaped. Air con was good, but not fantastic. Breakfast a little same same.

The toilet was not perfectly clean. However, it's ok.

Breakfast was great (many options). Room was good (we chose pool access). Location was great. Close to restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy night lifes here by walking. It was not far to the Kuta beach too. We could walk using the shortcut to get a cup of coffee near the big shopping malls.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Close to shopping, clubs and beach. Great staff, Clean room, comfy bed, good amenities. Amazing Breakfast buffet.

1. The bathroom shower should have door so that they water didn't splash to the toilet area. 2.Can consider providing extra pillow as there was only 3 pillow provide in a room.

The location is pleasant to stay.. Staff was very friendly. Great ambience. The buffet breakfast was covered with many dishes yet need to upgrade with the taste of the food. They do provide India food in breakfast which taste good. Just need to take more effort on pencake which was very hard and cold.

the room was a little bit dirty… Also the sheets weren’t the cleanest. not recommend eating in their restaurant, we had a problem after the dinner… (the first case like this in our month trip)

- Breakfast was alright. Had the same thing every day and it definitely could have used more variety. - Always had geckos in the room - We were told we can drink the water in the room however they forgot to mention that if we drank the water, we would have to pay for it... I thought most hotels have complimentary water at least. - The power in the room turned off when you left, which is a good thing for saving energy, however when we got back after a few hours of being out, the rooms were so so hot and the aircon was not the best and took forever to cool the room.

- Staff are so lovely! - Mini mart right opposite the hotel was so convenient - Good location close to many restaurants, bars and cafes - Pool was lovely - Close to Beachwalk shopping centre and also the street shops
