We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesalmost everything. 1. dirty room in check in, black long and short hair everywhere 2. rooms condition. eg broken bed table 3. fridge it’s just a box, your drinks not cold 4. wi-fi is disaster here and guy at reception will lie for you with a smile that wi fi is perfect 5. I took 2 night to keep a rest after packing my luggage but they insist me to move different dirty room cuz it was a storm and water pouring to the room from the plug 6. restaurant will feed you cold leftovers for breakfast and provide sugar with bugs. 7. very poor experience. not recommend

EstoniaThe place is poorly cleaned - not just the rooms but also public areas. The dirty breakfast plates that people leave at the front terrace will be forgotten there for half a day attracting all kind of insects. Millions of fruit flies in the room, even though I never kept anything that could attract them. And if you think you can kill them all, you’ll fail - they constantly regenerate. They most disgusting thing was mushrooms growing out of the windowsill. Housekeeping apparently thought there was nothing wrong with that and those toadstools were just a part of the decor so they never removed them and I had to it myself. Not the best feeling in the world (shout out to the Last of Us fans). The shower was barely warm, so if you were thinking about starting doing cold showers - now is your time. Also the water doesn’t stay in the shower area and if you don’t put a towel to block it, it will get as far as your bedroom. The sink was blocked from day one and nobody bothered to unblock it. I’m sure they were aware about it since they lifted the plug to see what’s inside but that was about all they did to fix the issue. Also be aware that there are a lot of rooms with windows facing the corridor, meaning no day light in your room at all. I was lucky enough to stay in that kind of room just for 1 night and then they moved me to a different one with a window. But I’ve heard that some guests had to pay extra to be moved and also there is a chance that they have no spare rooms and you’ll end up in the darkness for the rest of your stay. There were other small things that made my stay quite unpleasant but I can’t be bothered wasting more time on it. Yes, the price is cheap but there are a lot of places for the same price with much better conditions. So I strongly recommend to search for other options.

After a couple of minor maintenance issues (resulting from Covid shutdown) it's been perfect. Piped music on the floors, quiet rooms and the staff are great. We are used to living out of a backpack or suitcase so the built in coat hanger arm with coat hangers was fine for us. Ample motorbike parking and the location means easy access to and from everywhere. Short walk to local warungs and restaurants. Large lockbox in the room. The rooms facing west have a great view of the sunset over Legian.

IndonesiaAt first when i booked, it was b'cos the location, but after the pandemic, seem the surrounding not that good anymore. We found many ants in the bedroom at the television credenza & at the nightstand perhaps it's the juice drops from previous guest & did not wipe properly. The toilet was dark & the dustbin at the toilet was rusty & at the 2nd night, they move it near the bed. The 1st breakfast was A la Carte & it was awful the rice so cold, the chicken like stone. The 2nd breakfast was better A la Continental, not many variations, just better.
The Staff, i am sorry i can't found many good think, or maybe the smoking area at the front of lobby, quite cozy. Since me & my partner could talk about lot of things, perhaps it's the atmosphere.

Australiawhen we first move In it was very dirty but stuff clean it okey the next day. aircon only work sometime maybe ? also the hot water have to wait sometime. what I didn’t like and find it very disturbing and couldn’t move hotel fast enough was during our stay. there was a local school tour happened or something. im not sure but it was like 20-40 teenagers arrived after that it was a nightmare. they knock on our room try to find each other, yelling try to open the door. running from room to room. there should be a rule to follow during stay in hotel. I didn’t know we allow to run around playing foot ball on third floor! cos that’s what it sounded like. very disappointed and disturbed.
the price is good if you just want somewhere to sleep and hardly spend time in hotel. the location is good.
